8 Hour Reiki Infused Sleep Meditation For Abundance

Welcome to this 8-hour sleep meditation gently held by ocean waves. This reiki-infused yoga nidra is designed to help you relax deeply, settle the nervous system, and rest into a quiet sense of support and abundance. My name is Lisa,

And this is your 8 hour deep sleep,

Abundance infused meditation.

This meditation is meant to support deep sleep,

Relaxation,

Energetic clearing,

Openness to all the abundance in the universe in all the ways you need it.

Let me go ahead and tuck you in as you find yourself getting into a position that allows you to feel the support of your bed,

Of your blanket or sheets,

The support of your pillow,

Underneath this support is Earth,

And I am sending a white of protection all around you.

Know that you are protected,

You are safe,

The day is done,

And you can allow yourself to release it.

Take a moment to simply meditate on three things you truly were grateful for in this day,

Or you felt were like a blessing.

It could simply be that you got through it,

Or it could be something more significant to you.

But taking a moment to think of those three things,

And taking a gentle,

Deep inhale,

And exhale,

And sighing out,

And an optional last time,

That as you breathe freely,

Simply notice the gentle expansion and softening of your breath,

And feel yourself release the day more.
