Olivia Callaghan

Olivia is a 500-hour Certified Yoga Teacher with continued education in yin yoga, trauma-informed yoga & sculpt. Meditation and yoga are the foundation of her daily practice, along with time in nature, movement and breath-work. Though guided meditations, Olivia hopes to guide you to the present moment, take time to pause and breathe easy.
