Hello this is Liv from Liberate.

Welcome to your everyday intentions meditation.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale through your nose.

Continue to breathe as you settle in to this present moment.

Intention setting is a powerful practice that allows us to understand our goals and then achieve them.

Take a personal inventory of how you're feeling in this moment.

Allow all of the feelings to exist without any judgment.

We'll set our intention through a practice of clearing out what isn't serving us to make room for what we would like to call in.

Begin to note anything you would like to let go of through this practice.

It could be stress or tiredness,

Whatever comes up for you.

Inhale to acknowledge and exhale to release from your mind and body.

Come back to your centered place and begin to think of what you would like to create and call in for yourself.

You can call in anything that you would like.

It could be joy or energy or focus.

Breathe in what you call in and exhale to share it out in your day.

Inhale to breathe in what you call in and exhale to release what you clear out.

If your mind wanders,

Know that that is perfectly normal.

Simply address the wandering thought and come back to your breath.

Come back to your intention.

Breathe in what you call in.

Breathe out what you clear out.

Bring more focus to what you are calling in and creating for yourself.

Ask yourself what it looks like and feels like to live out this intention today.

Visualize your energy,

Your attitude,

And your interactions within this intention.

Know that just by thinking about it,

You are creating a reality around this intention.

Inhale deeply through your nose and exhale deeply through your nose.

Come back to your surroundings and gently blink your eyes open when you're ready.

Know that this intention practice is available for you whenever you need it.
