An accredited meditation and mindfulness teacher, intuitive energy coach, certified Emotion Code Practitioner, and trained in physiotherapy and acupuncture, she blends ancient healing practices with modern mindfulness techniques. Lise also specializes in working with children and is a Connected Kids™ Trainer. Lise, originally from Belgium, has lived in Sweden and Switzerland over the past 19 years, embracing moves between countries several times for her husband's work. She now calls Lausanne, Switzerland, home, where she shares her life with her husband and their two teenage children.
