So sit back,
And start to bring your attention inward.
If that feels good to you,
You may close your eyes,
Let all outside distractions fall away,
And then notice all the sounds around you,
And then start listening inward,
And bring your attention to your breath,
And allow your breathing to be just a little bit deeper,
Longer,
And freer,
Give yourself some space.
From the inside out,
And then bring your attention to your heart,
To your heart space in the middle of your chest,
And then more towards the back,
Like in between your wings,
Your shoulder blades.
Feel your wings,
Your fairy wings or angel wings,
And bring all your attention back into your heart,
And then bring to mind someone or something you love and care for,
And feel again this feeling of giving love unconditionally.
Imagine this person or animal,
Tree,
Or place in front of you.
And feel the love,
The care flowing from your heart.
And now bring to mind the feeling of being loved,
Being cared for,
Perhaps a person or an animal,
Or even a place that loves you back.
And really feel what it's like to receive care and love unconditionally.
Feel the purest love coming to you,
Filling your heart,
And then at the same time,
Feel this purest love leaving your heart out into the world,
And feel the flow of both caring and being cared for.
And to this flow,
I would like you to add gratitude.
Imagine all the things you're grateful for in a big bubble,
And you breathe them into your heart space.
And you can feel the joy,
The power of it,
Filling the whole of your chest with this gratitude.
And smile.
And remember this feeling,
Exactly how your heart feels now.
And then I invite you to bring your attention to your brain,
And your mind,
And all the thoughts.
And we will bring the coherent heart energy up into your head and all around your head.
We will count to 10,
Starting in the heart,
And allowing this beautiful heart energy to flow up.
Two,
Three,
Four,
Reaching your vocal cords.
So your voice can be powered by your heart.
Five,
Six,
Behind your eyes,
Empowering your eyes to see with your heart.

Eight,
Arriving in your brain.
Nine,
And 10,
All the space around your head.
Filled with this beautiful,
Light,
Loving energy.
And take one more deep breath,
And breathe out slowly.
