Meditation to come home to yourself.

And so start by centering yourself.

Sit comfortably,

Swaying a little bit left right with a long spine.

Sway forward,

Backward until you find your center.

Inhale deeply,

Exhale long.

Inhale deeply,

Exhale long.

And bring your attention inward.

Bring all your energy home.

You can picture your spine like a magnet attracting all your energy back.

Inhale deeply,

Exhale long.

And keep part of your attention on your breathing.

Taking full,

Long,

Slow breaths.

Your belly is soft and you drop your shoulders.

You open your mind.

Picturing you can give your mind space.

Enough space to fill the whole room.

And open your heart to the front,

To the left side,

To the right side and towards the back.

Smile and breathe into the center.

The center of your chest,

Your heart space.

And smile.

And soften and relax your body.

Soften all the muscles around your eyes.

Soften your ears and your inner ear.

Soften your jaw and relax your tongue.

Allow it to rest.

And then start watching your thoughts.

They will pop up.

But see if you can imagine taking a few steps back and watching your thoughts from a little distance.

Like watching a movie,

Witnessing your own thoughts and giving yourself a break.

And connect to this silence that is always present inside.

Life comes with all kinds of storms and difficulties.

But just like in a big storm or tornado in the center,

It is always calm.

And wherever we bring our attention,

Our energy will flow.

So let's bring our attention back to our heart.

This unlimited source of love and light.

Source of wisdom,

Compassion.

And just feeding this beautiful heart of yours with your breath and your smile.

And to end this short meditation,

I invite you to start your day,

Continue your day,

Leading with your heart.

Picturing walking into your home,

Leading with your heart.

Lift your head,

Lift your chest.

And physically see if you can enter the space with your heart before your head.

And then listen with your heart and speak with your heart.

And I wish you a beautiful day or a beautiful night.
