Allow all distractions from this busy place to fall away and bring all your attention inward.
Bring all your energy home,
Breathe,
Really feeling air coming in your nose,
Spreading into your body.
And for this few minutes,
I invite you to stop wanting anything from anyone.
Just for a few minutes,
Not wanting anything from anyone,
Also not from yourself.
This is your mini-break,
And there is nowhere else to go and nothing else to do than to fully allow your body to become softer.
And with each exhalation,
You allow your body to relax deeper and deeper.
Your face is soft,
All the small muscles around your eyes are soft.
Your jaw relaxes,
And fully drop your shoulders,
Drop all the weight from your shoulders,
And let them rest.
And smile,
Smile to activate the life within you,
The joy within you,
And the love within you,
And smile so you remember to stay playful and curious through your day,
To be fully open,
To receive all the gifts this day,
This moment can bring.
And take one more deep breath,
And exhale long.
And before you blink open your eyes to continue your day and do all the things you have to do,
