Reducing mental chatter and harmonizing our body, mind, and soul can help our heart and life, and our body to heal. Use this body scan meditation to help you discover the power of focus, intention, and the willingness to let go.

Namaste,
Dear ones.
Thank you for being here.
Thank you for taking the time to meditate,
To ground,
To clear out negative energy,
And to fall more deeply in love with the self.
Meditation is a wonderful tool to help you gain control of your thoughts and to help you connect more deeply to your truest self.
Meditation is a gateway,
A gateway that allows you to connect more deeply to peace and to help you find contentment within.
In today's society with the many distractions each of us has to deal with on a daily basis,
Meditation is an absolute gift that you give yourself.
It doesn't cost a thing to sit down,
To lay down,
And to listen to a meditation.
It is a wonderful gift you're giving to yourself.
And I would like to personally congratulate you and thank you for wishing to calm the energy being that you are.
When one of us takes the time to heal,
We must understand we help heal the collective.
This is going to be a body scan meditation that has been created to help you reduce mental chatter,
Find peace,
And help you expand your ability to be able to control and flow your focus.
Please begin by settling in.
Feel the chair beneath you.
Notice the chair beneath you.
Or if you were laying down,
Just notice the bed,
The mat,
Or the floor.
Feel whatever your body is in contact with at this moment.
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Hold it,
And expand your lungs gently.
Don't force anything.
Notice the natural rhythm of the in and the out breath.
Take a moment to notice the natural miraculous rise and fall of your chest.
Your body is divine.
It is running automatically,
Taking care of you 24 hours a day.
In the moment of your conception,
The molecules and atoms of your body have been working to protect you,
To heal you.
Every atom of your body has been designed to serve you.
During this meditation,
We will honor the atoms,
The cells,
And the energy that makes you who you are.
Please notice your left foot.
Focus on your left foot.
Feel your left foot.
Notice the energy.
Notice any sensations.
And see if you can take your awareness and notice the pinky toe on your left foot.
Take a moment to flow your focus to the area of your left pinky toe.
See if you can sense your left pinky toe.
Bring your awareness now to the big toe of your left foot.
See if you can feel the big toe of your left foot.
Move your focus now to the middle of the sole of your foot.
Feel the sole of your left foot.
Take your awareness and see if you can feel the heel of your left foot.
Bring your energy and your awareness now into your ankle.
Follow this energy up to your calf,
The calf of your left foot.
Feel the calf of your left foot.
Take your focus now and shift it to the right side of your body.
Focus now on your right pinky toe.
All of your focus and all of your awareness is now focused on your right pinky toe.
Feel your right pinky toe.
Shift your awareness and notice how your mind listens to you.
Notice how when you reduce mental chatter and when you focus and you have intention,
Notice how your mind listens to you.
Bring your awareness now to the big toe on your right foot.
Focus entirely now on the big toe on your right foot.
Feel the big toe on your right foot.
Move your focus now,
Move your awareness right to the middle of the sole of your right foot.
Feel your right foot.
Bring your awareness now to the heel of your right foot.
Feel your right foot.
Notice the energy in the heel of the right foot.
Bring your awareness,
Travel it,
Track it into the ankle of your right foot.
Just notice the energy of the right foot,
The ankle of the right foot.
Notice the focus now on the area of the ankle of the right foot.
Bring the energy now,
Trace the energy up the back of the right leg,
Focusing entirely now on your right calf.
Feel your right calf.
Imagine the muscles and the blood,
The cells,
The ligaments and the tendons of the calf.
Imagine how energy travels through the calf of the right leg.
Bring your awareness now to your left thigh.
Feel your left thigh.
It's a large muscle group.
Feel the energy of the quadriceps and the hamstrings.
Feel the left thigh.
Shift your awareness now and feel the right thigh.
It's a large muscle group.
Feel the energy of the quadricep muscle,
The hamstring muscles.
See if you can keep your attention and your focus on the energy of the right thigh muscle.
Shift your awareness now into the left hip.
Think about the left hip.
It's a ball and socket joint.
Feel the left hip.
Notice any sensations or energy of the left hip.
If you've ever experienced any joint pain of the hip,
Send this joint healing,
Love and light energy now.
Bring your awareness now to the right hip.
Notice the right hip.
Feel the right hip.
If you've ever had any joint pain in the right hip,
Send the hip healing,
Love and light energy now.
Bringing your awareness now to your belly.
Feel your belly.
Send energy to the belly.
If you've ever had any problems with your intestines,
Any irritable bowel,
Symptoms of any type,
Send healing energy to your belly.
Bring your awareness now to the bottom of your spine.
Feel the area,
The bottom of your spine.
Feel this area.
If you've ever had any lower back pain,
Send this area healing,
Love and light energy now.
Bring your awareness now up the middle of your back.
Feel this area.
Notice any tingling,
Any sensations,
Any constriction.
Notice any blocks.
If you've ever had any issues,
Any emotional issues,
Any abandonment issues,
You can feel tightness in this area.
If you feel like the weight of the world is on your shoulders,
If you feel any loss or any breathing,
It can get locked in this area.
If this is the case,
Send this area healing,
Love and light energy now.
Bring your awareness to the front of your chest.
Feel the energy in the middle of your chest.
Ask the muscles of your chest to relax and release,
Relax and release.
Notice any constriction.
Notice any tightness.
If you have experienced emotional pain,
Rejection,
Abandonment,
If you have ever felt not good enough,
This is the area where many of us will hold this energy,
These disappointments and these emotions.
If you feel like doing so,
Ask your body to release this energy so that you can feel more flow in your heart space.
Send this area of your body love,
Healing,
Love and light energy.
Say to this area,
I love you.
I hear you.
I feel you and I appreciate you.
Bring your awareness now to the fingertips of your left hand.
Feel the fingertips of your left hand.
Notice any sensations,
Any tingling.
Notice anything at all that you feel happening in the area of your left fingertips.
Bring your awareness to your right hand now.
Notice on the fingertips of your right hand.
Notice anything at all.
And if you don't notice anything,
That's okay too.
Don't force anything.
Just observe.
Just feel.
This is your time.
This is you observing you,
Learning you,
Connecting to you,
Feeling you and integrating you.
Bring your awareness now to the palm of your left hand.
Notice anything at all.
No forcing.
No pushing.
Just feel the palm of the left hand.
Feel the thumb of your left hand.
Feel the energy.
Notice anything or nothing.
No judgments.
Just observation.
Bring your awareness up now into your wrist of the left hand.
Bring your awareness into the forearm of your left arm.
Flow your awareness into the elbow of the left arm.
Flow your awareness up to the upper part of your left arm,
Your biceps,
Triceps.
Just observe.
No judgment.
Just observation.
Bring your awareness now into the palm of your right hand.
Notice the palm.
Observe the palm,
Focusing all of your attention like a laser directly into the palm of the right hand.
Focus your awareness and your focus into the wrist,
The area of the wrist of the right arm.
Now,
Flow your energy and your focus up the forearm of the right arm.
Feel anything,
Everything or nothing in the right arm.
Flow your focus and your attention into the elbow of the right arm.
Flow your focus and your attention and your energy up into the biceps and the triceps of the right arm.
Feel the right arm.
Observe.
Just observe.
Bring your awareness into the shoulder of the left arm.
Just move your awareness.
Focus entirely on the shoulders of the left arm.
Bring your awareness over to the shoulder of the right arm.
Imagine the space between your shoulders.
What do you feel?
What do you notice?
Just observe.
No judgments,
No complaints,
Just acceptance,
Just love and understanding,
Knowing that your body and every cell and every fiber has been created to support you.
If you carry tension between the areas of your shoulders,
That is not your shoulders fault.
That is not your body's fault.
Your body loves you.
Your shoulders love you.
Your spine loves you.
Your legs,
Your feet,
Your toes,
Your arms,
Your fingers love you.
Your entire body loves you.
If you carry stress and tension between your shoulders,
Now is a good time to send this area love,
Light,
Thankfulness,
And gratitude.
Ask your shoulders to relax and to release and let go.
When you are safe,
It is okay to let go,
To release and to relax.
Bring your awareness into your throat.
Just relax,
Just observe,
Let go.
Relax the muscles in your throat.
Just notice this area.
Many trauma victims experience thyroid issues,
Sore throats and the like.
Just relax.
Many of us struggle to tell our truth.
Just relax,
Just release.
Just observe the throat.
There's any energy,
Any tension,
Any constriction,
No judgements,
Just observing,
Just noticing from a higher state of awareness with absolute no judgment and just deep appreciation,
Knowing that our body has always done the best that it could.
Bring your awareness now to your lower jaw.
Notice any tension,
Notice any constriction.
Just ask the muscles of your lower jaw to relax and to release.
Bring your awareness now to your left ear.
Just notice this area,
Just observe.
Bring your awareness to the right ear.
Notice and observe.
Bring your awareness to your upper jaw.
Feel the muscles of your lips.
Notice any constriction.
Release and relax the muscles of your lips.
Bring your awareness to the tip of your nose.
All of your energy now focused on the tip of your nose.
Feel this area.
Bring your awareness now to the middle of your eyes,
Your brow.
Focus now entirely on the area between your eyes.
No straining,
No pushing,
No judging,
No criticisms,
Just deep appreciation.
Deep surrender,
Deep acceptance and deep gratitude for this time and this space,
For creating this healing energy,
For transforming the negative to the positive.
Notice now your forehead.
Bring your awareness to the middle of your forehead.
Flow your focus now to the top of your head.
Focus now entirely on the top of your head.
Bring your awareness to the back of your head,
Focusing on the back of your skull.
Feel your skull.
Take a deep breath in.
Feel your lungs.
Feel your lungs.
Feel them fill you with oxygen.
As you exhale,
Understand that your lungs support you.
Outside of your consciousness,
They support you.
They supply you.
They connect you to everything.
Take a moment now to honor the heart that beats between your ribs.
Bring your right hand to your heart.
Feel your heart.
Bring healing energy to your heart,
This heart that is beating within your chest from 15 days after your conception.
Your heart loves you.
Your heart supports you.
Your heart adores you.
Place your right hand now on your lower abdomen.
Think of the organs that support you,
That love you,
Your liver,
Your pancreas,
Your intestines,
Your stomach,
Your kidneys,
Gallbladder.
Send these organs love,
Appreciation,
And gratitude.
Know that the trillions and trillions of innumerable cells in your body love you,
Adore you,
And they have been with you since the beginning of time.
You now are beginning to support them.
You are adoring them.
This helps create a positive feedback system of pure love,
Of pure light,
Of appreciation and gratitude.
If you wish you may stay in a deep state of relaxation,
Continue to send yourself healing love and light energy.
Tell yourself,
I love you,
I appreciate you,
I honor you,
I am grateful for you,
Thank you for supporting me,
For understanding me,
For remembering me,
For helping me.
I'm sorry for the times I did not understand you.
I judged you,
I criticized you,
I did not appreciate you.
Thank you for loving me and supporting me.
Please forgive me for not treating you as well as I could,
For not appreciating you as well as I could have and should have.
I love you and I'm sorry I did not always understand how magnificent and divine you are.
If you wish you may now begin to become a little bit more conscious and aware.
Feel your toes,
Wiggle your fingers,
Smile,
Sending positive messages to your brain,
Open your eyes and always remember that you dear one are enough and you were born that way.

This is an amazing, mindful meditation, Lisa--THANK YOU. Love love love this. Having been born 4 months premature with cerebral palsy, I experience a lot of severe muscle tightness and pain in my legs and lower back -- and also growing up in a dysfunctional and codependent family, I have a ton of tightness in my shoulders neck and chest. This meditation helps me SO MUCH to remember the LOVE my body is; that it doesn't fight against me, but simply does the best that it can each and every day to support and love me.
