First time I listened I was barely able to listen., just a lil ticked off that day. Thank you for the depth in this one. Glad i gave it a chance. Not sure I will ever be at peace until my family is out of my life. I just haven't been able to heal Bec I am always being retriggered by my family and their lack of knowing themselves and my needs. It's been a mucked life and I glad I atleast have a new resource. And I really liked the neg self talk one. Thanks for your commitment to self and helping other with your research and seeking truth and understanding. And devotion to making those not aware of trauma and how to reverse it, lil by lil.. Also loved the idea that it will take sometime and consistency to reprogram the mind to not be running old tapes. I know I am getting way more close to love. Just gotta ignore what I dont like about the world I guess!

I find peace or a new thing to let go of every meditation making me a better parent and knowing it actually isn’t my fault the things I was told were.

Day 1 completed, here’s to the next 6 weeks of releasing trauma. Thank you so much for your skills also melodic voice.

This is exactly the work that needs to be done. The barrier to this is believing in the lie we bought into. As that is broken I start to heal so thank you for this.
