For those times when you have only a minute, make it a good one by grounding into now through body and breath.

So let's take one good minute now,

Dropping into the present,

Into your breath,

And into your body.

Start by feeling your face,

Relaxing your jaw.

When the face is relaxed,

The whole body can relax.

So also allow that space between your eyes to smooth out.

Swallow,

Allow your neck and throat and your shoulders to release and let go as much as they will.

And then feeling your breathing,

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

One good minute.
