Wow. I'm a 45 yr old father of a 14yr old son and 5yr old daughter, who absolutely suffered mother/father wounds. They split early, I was passed between and neglected by both, and I've never learned to properly process it.

Now I'm struggling mightily with how to connect with/parent my son, and I'm fearful of how it will affect my daughter.
