Allow your eyes to close and begin by focusing your awareness on your breath and exhaling,

Starting to let go,

Starting to settle in.

Letting go of everything that's holding you back.

Letting go of everything that's holding you back.

Letting go of everything that's holding you back.

Letting go and releasing,

Allowing yourself a few deeper inhales and exhales.

Nowhere to go,

Nothing to do.

Letting go.

Just simply listen to my words and start to let go and release.

And just thinking about what you want out of this restful evening.

What kind of nourishment or support do you need?

Just letting yourself set an intention for your rest,

Allowing nourishment,

Allowing healing.

Allowing what would support you most during your rest.

And just allow this little intention to be a seed of positivity and support for you.

This intention that you plant for nourishment and for support and healing,

It can be tended to effortlessly during your sleep.

Allow yourself to welcome that in and think about this intention for healing and rest and nourishment.

See and feel your life with the support you need.

Really feel that sense of being supported,

That sense of having a community around you,

Let yourself imagine receiving this rest and healing and nourishment.

Now imagine a beautiful golden bubble of light all around you,

Shimmering and beautiful,

Letting yourself rest peacefully within this protective golden bubble.

So peaceful,

So comfortable,

You can rest here.

And letting go of all that was going on before,

That was then.

And letting go of all you need to handle after,

Time for that later.

Just feeling it all melt away,

Nowhere to go,

Nothing to do,

Just noticing the breath.

So nothing else matters now.

Now,

In this moment,

You are supported and you are safe,

Safe and protected within this golden bubble of light,

This beautiful golden bubble of light surrounding you.

Protecting you,

Keeping you safe,

Letting that healing golden bubble of light travel through the body,

From the head to the toes,

Providing nourishment and support.

Feel that soothing,

Soothing light coming down the head,

Through the neck and the shoulders,

Through the ears,

Through the chest,

Through the upper back and the lower back,

Letting the belly be loose and soft,

That light going through the hips,

Out the toes,

Releasing and letting go,

Feeling peaceful,

Feeling protected.

And now I want you to imagine a peaceful outdoor setting a spot that feels nourishing for you and peaceful.

Can be something from your imagination or a favorite spot,

Whatever comes to mind is just fine.

And just notice the smells,

What do you see?

What do you hear?

Just bring in the surroundings into high definition,

Imagining this beautiful,

Peaceful place.

And now in the distance,

You notice a beautiful temple,

A place of healing,

A sanctuary.

Allow yourself to walk closer towards this healing,

Healing building and just notice its beauty and let yourself be surprised by the details and allow yourself to enter the building,

A place of wisdom and compassion and healing and just notice the beauty of this place.

Allow yourself to take in the environment.

How do you feel in this place?

Embrace them with a warm welcome.

Allow yourself to open to whatever this luminous being wants to share with you.

They may speak to you with words or feelings or a supportive embrace.

Allow yourself to receive their support,

However it feels most nourishing for you.

Ask them how else you can rely on them,

How else they can support you so you don't feel alone.

Thank this luminous being for coming into your life at just the right time and thank them for sharing the wisdom,

Exactly what you needed to hear or maybe they were peaceful and quiet and you realize that's a gift too,

The peacefulness,

The spaciousness,

A compassionate and wise presence,

Appreciating the gifts you've received today and just letting go of that luminous being and beginning to turn to leave this healing space,

Heading back into this beautiful outdoor setting,

Smelling the fragrance,

Letting yourself feel peaceful,

In this beautiful,

Beautiful area,

Soaking it all in and then notice that healing golden bubble of light still surrounding you,

Still protecting you.

Let yourself rest,

Let yourself be supported by this golden bubble of light,

It will nourish you while you sleep,

It will protect you and keep you safe.

Just relaxing and letting go,

Releasing and letting go,

So peaceful.
