When you are not feeling your best,
That is the most important time to remember all of the amazing parts of you.
It's easy to get caught up in the world around us in comparison,
In how we want to feel and how we wish we were.
But it's essential for us to turn inward and see who we are now,
All that we have to offer and what we already embody that makes us our own unique selves.
So if today is a day that you may not be feeling your best or you're most confident,
Then this is the meditation for you.
Take a moment to adjust and just find yourself in the most comfortable position you can.
Take a nice long slow inhale through your nose.
And on the exhale,
Close your eyes.
Do that again,
A nice long slow inhale through your nose.
And on the exhale,
Push out all of that negative air.
And let's do that just one final time,
Grounding ourselves in this moment.
Inhale in.
And exhale out.
Now just breathe in and out through your nose naturally.
Slow and steady.
We are going to do a series of affirmations.
Something about an affirmation that's important to remember is that you may not feel this right now.
You may not believe the words that you are repeating just yet.
Affirmations help signify how we want to feel,
How we want to be.
And so we start today by silently repeating these affirmations and through repetition and through truly believing that that is how we want to feel.
We will reach a turning point and it will start to be our truth.
So take a nice long slow deep breath in through your nose.
And out through your nose.
And let's begin.
On the inhale,

Take a moment to breathe that in.
To truly feel it.
To let those words resonate within you.
Knowing that today is just a day.
And that any moment throughout,
You can have a new beginning of freedom.

You can have a new beginning,
A fresh start.
You can choose to feel how you want to feel,
How you want to be.
Breathe into that.
Believe in your heart.
Breathe into the affirmations that you just repeated.
Take a deep breath and sit up a little taller.
And now exhale.
Perhaps feeling just a little bit lighter.
Let's take one last final inhale in through your nose.
And out through your mouth.
And know that bad days may happen.
And that's okay.
But you can turn into your breath and you can turn to your affirmations.
And begin again.
Take another deep breath in.
And then open your eyes.
