Maybe you didn't sleep well.
Whatever's going on in your life right now,
This is a moment for you.
So find yourself in a comfortable position.
Sit down,
Sitting in a chair or sitting in your favorite spot on the floor.
Take a deep breath in and let that go.
Take a deep breath in and exhale,
Close your eyes.
Continue to breathe naturally.
Begin to soften your belly.
Release your shoulders.
All that weight you're carrying,
Patient with yourself today.
I let go.
Pressure.
Continue to breathe that in.
Release it.
Now breathe in.
I accept.
Exhale.
I accept.
Continue to repeat that affirmation.
Into it.
I accept.
You need to breathe and to consider your body.
How is it feeling on your next inhale?
I am at peace.
I am peace.
Continue to repeat that to yourself silently and know that whatever comes your way today,
You are at peace.
I am peace.
As you continue on your day,
No matter what arises,
Know that you can take a deep breath and say,
I am peace.
I'm doing is enough.
