In this session, we'll learn how to recalibrate these perceptions, altering our internal vibrations to foster a more positive self-view. Hello,

Hello beautiful being.

It's Linda back here again for our last session in this part one of building your better self-esteem.

In session six we're going to cover recalibrating vibrations and perceiving yourself anew.

It's just that your perception of yourself is rather crucial to your self-esteem.

So in this session we'll learn how to recalibrate your perceptions,

To alter your internal vibrations so as that you have the ability to foster a newer and more positive self-view.

And this shift in perception can like it can dramatically improve your self-esteem.

It's a secret magic thing that can help us to embrace well our authentic selves really.

Just thinking about session five,

It was a big session and I hope you've given yourself the space and the time to let it all land before moving on.

Don't just leap into each session in this course and if you have and you feel that you've appreciated the growth then I suggest you take the time to revisit any of the sessions that reach out to you and truly allow them to land.

So to begin this session I'm going to lead you into what I think of as a sort of a thinking session,

A journal session,

Homework whatever you want to call it.

And you can either do it now or write down the prompts and complete it later.

Let the prompts land in your heart and bake for a while and then when you sit down to write or even just intentionally think about it,

More will come.

Just on this writing down business I was never the one to sit and journal but one of the things I do know about our brain and our thinking system is if we write down the thought that first comes regardless of whether it's in what we're doing today or in a creative process,

If we write down that thought then actually the brain doesn't have to think about it anymore so it will find another one for you.

So keep that in mind when you be grudging this whole writing down process.

So questions.

What is a perception that you hold about yourself?

Any perception.

Wanted,

Unwanted,

Old,

New and after writing that one first thing that came to mind down,

Do take the time to write another and then another.

I'm going to say it again for your brain and then you can pause if you're going to do this exercise now.

What is a perception that you hold about yourself?

Any perception.

Wanted,

Unwanted,

Old or new.

Now the next one is what are some Earth titles,

Some earthly three-dimensional titles and descriptions that you have.

Maybe that you want to have or that you don't want to have.

Titles that you possibly cling to.

Again write some down.

I'm going to say it again.

What are some earthly titles and descriptions that you have?

Maybe ones you want,

Maybe ones you don't want.

Titles that you possibly cling to.

What I mean by that is,

I remember in one of my,

I call it my past lives,

In this current life,

I was a cabin attendant and airline hostess,

However you want to describe that.

And I finished that job,

Which is actually PS,

Mind-bendingly boring at times for someone who has a lot of activity in their brain.

Anyway I finished that particular part of my life and there was another part of my life about five years later where I was being a landscaper.

Interestingly I felt less than at different times while I was dirty and sweaty.

You can't see that can you?

We had a fairly successful landscaping business that held us,

Held some workers,

But yeah somewhere inside of me said that when you're dirty and sweating you're less than.

It's a dumb thing to think.

So I had to visit that with titles and just change my perception of what was successful and what wasn't.

So same as before,

Keep writing until you've emptied these thoughts.

These are rather fun exercises and they just alert you.

They alert you to where unwanted or old descriptors are caught up in your world.

Plus they show you where you could possibly shift your vocabulary to bring in the new,

To leave the old.

Because for me awareness is the key.

It's the key to shifting in areas,

Well just shifting really,

Shifting inner awareness of your feelings,

Of your responses and then listening and truly hearing how your current language keeps an older picture alive.

Also where you can introduce new language,

New sentences and build your next new through bringing new words into your world.

There you go that's something to work on if you feel like it.

Now I wanted to record here also while you're writing our journal questions and again you can ponder these or write them down and that way you've got them for when you want to just look at what you're doing,

Look at how this course has or even just the session has shifted what you think.

So the first pondering question is how has your perception of yourself changed after this session?

So obviously we want you to look at these at the end I just didn't want to put them at the end because I want you to exit this with a beautiful gentle feeling.

The second one is what strategies did you enjoy the most?

What did you find most effective for recalibrating your self-perception?

This is important because I think then you follow that one more,

It'll work more if you find it fun and useful rather than forcing yourself into something else I might have said.

And in what ways do you feel your vibrations changed?

Don't try too hard as I feel that you can chase the magic away by making it too hard or hard work.

How can growing and maintaining this new self-perception,

How can it influence your self-esteem moving forward?

How do you see that?

Not something I said but how do you see it?

Okay now that's the thinking part done and we're going to move now into a beautiful brain file clearing session.

And as I go through the files that I feel are pertinent they just might not relate to you in this life in this now but they might relate to other parts of your lives.

They might relate to the very very past,

To old DNA.

So what we're asking is for your brain to find the files deeply to dig for them over timelines and deep into the filing archives.

So don't judge or look at it too hard just really truly in this session allow the brain files that your brain offers you to be recalibrated.

That's it.

And now let's move into that process.

Are you a little bit ready?

Take some time to get your breathing right.

Some of what I've said or what you've written may have caused your tummy to tense up.

So push air right down make your tummy push all the way out against those muscles,

Those stressy muscles.

And then on the in-breath even hold your hands over your tummy and push the air out on the out-breath.

Breathe in against your hands pushing your tummy out and then pushing your tummy in with your hands to make the breath come out in a big whoosh.

Do that a few times if you feel it's necessary and now just allow your breathing to relax into into you however you are.

Just breathe naturally.

Feel yourself relaxing further into where you're lying or sitting.

Make one more big in-breath and then on the out-breath feel every single muscle in your body relax a tiny bit more.

Kind of like a sigh of extra relax and I think by now you know where we're going.

So let's take yourself up into that beautiful mindscape.

Relax up there.

Feel over to the left to your brain and connect and thank it for being here.

And then cast your feeling up and over that arc,

The rainbow,

However you see it and just feel into the love bubble pile,

The recalibration pile,

That big container of love.

Now come back over to your brain and just say to your brain let's remove and recalibrate the daily stress files first.

So can you bring me any files that we've had over the day and then let's carry those files up and over the arc and land them in the love pile.

Now we can come back to the brain and ask the brain to gather any work stress or business stress that might have built up over the day or the week.

Let's gather all those files and your brain is quite willing for them to be refreshed and lift them up and over the arc and land them in the love pile to be recalibrated and refreshed.

And now having cleared all of those possible obstructions,

Let's ask your brain to go and find files on your cleverness,

My cleverness beautiful brain,

Any files that are on how I've been clever,

How I can be clever.

Let's take those files and lift them up and over the arc and land them in the love pile.

And now just come back to your brain and ask your brain for any files at all on your creativity,

My creativity brain,

Any files at all.

Let's refresh them,

Let's see them lift up and over that arc.

And get refreshed and recalibrated in the love pile.

Now come back to your brain and say to brain can you find files on my value and my worth,

Anything to do with that,

My value and my worth.

And let's see any files that your brain brings you,

Let's see them lift up and over that arc and land in the love pile to be uplifted and recalibrated.

Now come back to your brain and ask your brain please find files on how I look,

On my looks,

On my body,

How I perceive myself,

How someone else has voiced their perception of me.

Don't think about this just allow your brain to dive into the files and find whatever is needed today.

Allow those files to come up go over the arc and land in the love pile.

Be refreshed,

Recalibrated,

Archived,

Uplifted,

Vibrationally shifted and back over to your brain and ask your brain to find files on my housekeeping skills.

Don't judge it again because you can climb into why does that matter but it is a deep one so let your brain just go and find the tidy files,

The how come you can't keep this clean files,

The do I even want to do it files,

Anything to do with what may be put under housekeeping.

Don't look at them just allow,

Allow them to lift up and over the arc and land in the love pile because love is non-judgmental and the files will just be sent where they're meant to be sent,

Uplifted,

Refreshed,

Recalibrated.

Now come back over,

Come find files on old versions of myself,

Old versions of myself.

Let your brain dig as deep as it wants to and when those files come just see them drift over the arc and land in the love pile.

All refreshing,

Archiving,

Loving up.

Now when you come back to your brain,

This time ask your brain to find files on new versions of me,

New versions of yourself.

It may reach into the future for these,

They may also be hidden in past files,

Pictures that you have negated.

Again no judging,

No peeking,

Just allow the files,

Allow them in this magical space to be lifted up and over the arc,

To land in the love pile,

To be recalibrated for your new journey.

Now come back to your brain and ask it if it would like to take the time to find hidden files related to everything we've talked about today,

Hidden files.

The brain knows,

Relax and allow.

Open your heart and then when the files come see them just drifting up and over the arc and landing in the love pile.

Calibration.

And when you come back to your brain,

Ask it if it has any files that it would like to recalibrate related to what we've been doing,

Any files at all that it thinks would really benefit from a new vibration.

And your brain will be happy with this and the files will come and as they come see them floating up and over the arc and landing in the love pile for recalibration.

And now come back to your brain and thank it for that and ask your brain now if it can find files,

Just one last collection of files on your shine and your journey.

This is related to your next new.

So thank you brain,

Let's find files on my shine and my journey,

My next new.

And when the files come,

Once again let's see them float up and over that arc.

They probably do it by themselves by now and land in the love pile.

While you're in this beautiful lovely state of mind in the safe space,

Just stay relaxed and let all the mind space pictures float away.

Reach out to your brain and say thank you.

Feel the love basket container activating on all the files we've given it and allow yourself to just be in this space.

We're going to activate a soul refresh into the new,

Bringing you into a new version of yourself.

In your mind space you can be sitting comfortably,

Standing but bring your awareness above you and see majestically coming down around you this awesome clear crystal container of light.

It's just coming down to settle spaciously around you.

It's not cramped,

There's plenty of room but you are in this most amazing sacred space,

Your sacred space.

Feel the love falling into this sacred space from above,

From your connection.

Bathe in that love and the light and the shine.

And in this space where you feel divinely loved,

Look to the outside of the space beyond what appears to be the walls of the container and cast your feelings over to the right and there walking into the space is the version of you from 30 minutes ago when you came into this session.

This version of you is smiling they know what we're going to do and they just keep walking until their center stage and they look at you with love and happy.

You can return that look and that feeling from within your beautiful sacred space and as you look out to them,

See them in the container that is filling up with love.

See the container all the way around them,

The container that you see and they see this old version of you outside of your sacred space beginning to float inside a beautiful bubble of love.

As that bubble of love is filling and filled up to the top,

Reach out in your mind to this old version of you and say I love you but you know what our current agreement is complete.

I'll say that again our current agreement is complete and thank you.

And with that take a deep breath in and in your mindscape on the out-breath blow that bubble of love,

That old version of you blow that all the way up all the way up to Earth's love grid where that old version of you becomes part of the love grid and that agreement is complete and you are here inside this beautiful crystal container of light as your next you,

This new person in the now.

Feel the vibrations inside of this you in the mindscape.

Allow the crystal container of light to rise back up to source and take this vibrational being that you are and settle it down into your humanness.

Feel the vibrations coming with you as you come back into your form,

Into your being,

Back to Earth as this absolutely new soul-refreshed version of yourself.

Allow this to settle.

Smile as you feel the vibrations coursing through your body,

Lifting you into your new agreement with yourself.

I'm gonna let you sit with the music for a minute.

Now gorgeous being it's time to come back to the here and now.

Just gently wiggle your toes,

Breathe a bit deeper,

Stretch your shoulders out and start to feel into the physicality of being here,

Refreshed,

Open to the new and as you come back I just wanted to say a few things.

One of the first ones being thank you for joining me here.

I have so loved creating this course and I know I have at every stage asked you to let me know how you've gone.

I mean it,

I love hearing how my offerings have helped you shift into your newness.

And please do the journal work or just the intentional thinking work on your perceptions,

On your titles,

Even if it's just to let some of them go because in the letting go of them,

New ones will come up.

You may not want the new ones,

You can let them go as well,

You know like there's no rules there.

And just while again you're in this gentle space let's just look at what we've covered in this course.

We've looked at how and where low self-esteem can land,

We've looked at the power of your words,

Your vocabulary is magic.

Listening to how you speak about yourself or others and how you can shift it by reinstalling new word systems,

That's magic.

We've looked at how other people come into our world to confirm how we feel and the roles that they play,

Lovingly and annoyingly.

We've looked at uncovering hidden beliefs about yourself and also this session where we've worked with perceptions.

And we're done,

We're done with part one.

I will be working on part two.

We'll just unwrap because what you probably aren't aware of is as I record these,

I do them.

So I also like to allow them to land.

It's fabulous refreshing myself while I'm refreshing you.

And now I do have to stop talking and let you go.

This has been an amazing time together.
