Hey beautiful being,

How are you today?

And today we are doing a meditation which is the beginning meditation to a series that I've been wanting to create about inner healing.

I think we do know that how we think is how we end up being but we don't quite know how to unravel it and so just taking one step towards unraveling one small thing in a very gentle loving way to me is the way to move forward with your shine and with your happy.

And so the one that I have been called to help with today to meditate with you on today is the one about how you hold back and how you don't believe that you've got enough in you to share or that perhaps people don't want to listen to what you have to share.

I very much relate to this and when I looked up a book that I have that shows us spiritual healing against physical dis-ease this leads us to our bowel which is about clearing out stuff irritable bowel syndrome lots of different things and it is about holding back and keeping things to yourself rather than giving generously with your knowledge and not being open about what you really feel and not being relaxed enough to give out your knowledge and share what you have.

And so with that in mind with that in mind let's do a very gentle brain clearing meditation based on these principles and if you've been through my brain clearing processes before just relax just relax and listen because it's always nice to move in gently and so in this moment in this moment take a big breath a really big in breath and then just let it leak all the way out.

Take a big in breath,

Let it leak all the way out.

Scan your body on the next in breath breathe out love into any part of your body that feels tense breathe love into your neck breathe love into your shoulders breathe love into your spine and all of the muscles that hold you up in this world breathe love into your hips breathe love into your thighs and squeeze up your toes and let them relax and now we're going to go and meet your brain.

So from where you are sitting lying standing allow your attention to come up into your mind space the space behind your eyes the magic imagineer land.

Just be there look around for a little while.

You can create just about anything here and if you cast your eye over to the left ask your brain to show itself to you that's where your brain works.

Ask your brain to show up.

If you're not a visual person just allow these words to flow knowing that it's going to work for you but if you are a visual person you will begin to see your brain and how this all works.

Say to your brain we're going to be doing some work together today and it's not scary.

We're going to be aligned with our heart with our higher good and with our brain.

In this next moment lift your eyes in this space up and over to the right.

As you do that there will be an arc appear.

The arc may be a rainbow it may just be an arc and on the right when you get there there will be a love container.

A container that's filled with love all ready to help us on our journey today.

It'll look like how you want it to look like.

Mine's filled with love bubbles.

Now let's go back to the brain and say to the brain can you find me the file on my value?

Let your brain go and get some files on your value,

Just current files.

Ask the brain to give you those files and then see them see them float up and over the arc over to the right to land in the love pile.

When the files land in the love pile they don't go away they get replenished,

Refreshed,

Reactivated or neutralized,

Shone up,

Whatever's right at the time.

In our humanness we allow it to be.

We allow our heart,

Our brain and our higher good to align with this and then when they're ready they'll float back into your brains files again in their new state.

Now let's ask the brain for any files on daily stresses just to clear the way for us.

Daily stresses and let's see those files lifted up and over the arc,

Landing in the love pile.

Now come back over to the brain and ask it for the file on where I hold back,

Where I hold back.

Your brain will have a file on that and let's lift that file,

Those files up and over the arc and land them in the love pile to be refreshed.

Now come back to your brain and ask it for the file on where you keep things to yourself.

Ask the brain for that file where do I keep things to myself and take those files you know now up and over the arc and land them in the love pile.

They might just go by themselves once your brain gets to know what it's doing.

Now come back to your brain and ask it for this file,

Ask it for the file where am I not open to how I'm feeling just generally like that.

Don't look at the files just allow your brain to give them to you and then see those files going up and over the arc and landing in the love pile.

Now come back to your brain and ask the brain for the file on being brave,

Being brave with the knowledge that I want to share,

Being brave and see those files go up and over the arc,

Land in the love pile to get replenished and shone up and refreshed.

Come back to your brain and ask it for the file on my generosity,

My generosity and then see all those files coming and floating over the arc and landing in the love pile.

Come back to the brain and ask it for the file on love and joy in my life,

Love and joy in my life and let's allow the brain to find those files and then you can float them over the arc and land them in the love pile to grow and be happy.

Come back to your brain over on the left there and thank it for working with you and ask it if it's got any files that it wants to clear.

Now that it knows what we're doing ask it if it's got any files that it wants to clear and sit with the music while these files clear up and over the arc.

Just allow them to go up and over the arc and into the love pile as your brain releases them.

Sit with the music for a little longer in the feeling of the shift,

Of the vibrational shift,

Of your renewal,

Of your refreshing,

Of the love.

It's time to come back now beautiful being.

It's time to come back to the here and now.

Bring your concentration back down from your mindscape and land it here in the humanness and when you're ready stretch your body just a little,

Move it just a little.

Allow yourself to come all the way back to this human,

To this life,

To this wonderful place where we are sharing our love and our shine.

Now you're all the way back beautiful being.

I'm gonna leave you now with the music and I will see you in the next meditation.
