There are tree huggers and believed to be fantastic for absorbing negativity.
A good walk around trees can fill the body with fresh air and make you feel very grounded.
So imagine and focus now on a mind journey to explore trees and their magnificent qualities.
Let's begin by first thinking of leaving the house.
And to make it extra special it will be very early in the morning.
All you know is that the sun has begun to rise and the whole world is taking on a new daylight.
So imagine grabbing your coat and putting on your walking shoes.
Reach for your keys,
Unlock the door,
Then lock the door behind you.
Now there is a forest nearby but first a walk on a concrete long path with a valley of grass hills hugging it all the way to the forest.
So the colours are quite simple.
The feet move across the grey after grey path.
The second colour is only green.
And of course the sun is rising steady.
A faint sound of morning birds chorus carries on the air.
Breathing in a new day.
Cool but fresh.
And the body smoothly glides forwards on this flat grey path.
And the rolling valleys of green.
It's time to stand for a moment.
For the entrance to the forest is now well and truly in front of you.
It is a small opening.
And the path disappears and stops for a muddy earthy path widens out under an umbrella of forest floor.
All your senses pick up on the new sounds.
The heavy chorus of morning birds fills your mind as you try to detect which birds are singing.
For different notes and shrills of long,
Long songs play over and over.
Such excitement for the outdoor animal kingdom who live by the sun and nature itself.
There are choices of direction.
For inside the opening of the forest are a few muddy pathways.
Some have been ridden by the cyclists with their tyre grooves like long slippery snakes and the thoughts of whizzing by at speed for the adventurous cyclists.
The other path is dog paws.
Big ones and small dog paws.
With broken twigs and chewed up sticks.
Even fluff from a newly groomed dog is scattered everywhere.
For it's an ideal place to brush a heavy coated dog and let nature blow it away.
And to walk down the path out pops a robin,
A flash of brilliant red and seen how tiny,
So tiny this little bird and why they seem to be looking at you.
So a smile is exchanged as you march on up and over the bumpy muddy path.
Trees in their abundance with trunks a mighty height like poles soaring straight as an arrow to the morning sky.
Sunshine dazzles the eyes dipping through all the trees flickering and creating sunlit shapes.
It's time to find a tree.
To find a beautiful big ode tree.
For you need to rest your body against it standing next to a very special tree.
Make sure the feet can get very close and the arms and the hands can reach and hug it all the way around.
An unusual but pleasant texture and warmth belongs to that tree.
As you lay the side of your face onto the tree,
Begin to mumble out any negative troubles that are bothering you for trees love to absorb negativity.
I will leave you here for a minute and please tell everything to the tree that is troubling you.

It's time to breath in.
Strangely it doesn't take long to say what you needed to release.
For now the overwhelming feeling is just to be present with this giant tree.
And now look at all its beauty.
Raising the head,
The eyes follow the smooth lines like an arrow up to the sky.
Leaves in their thousands all sway a little with a bright luminous green shine.
Breathing in the forest air,
Taking in the forest song.
And the feet soothed by mother earth.
And although the forest is full,
Brimming with nature,
Overflowing.
It seems to twine into each other perfectly.
Then you grab a leaf and feel how cool it is.
Noticing the little edges around that leaf.
Seeing the patterns of nature.
How they remain immortal in beauty.
Such accurate shapes,
Patterns and colours that soothe the very soul.
And inspires to feel so good.
Full to the brim of feeling really happy.
So wrapping into the heart the love of the forest.
Let it pump into the blood.
Let its rich oxygen stimulate the mind.
Hugging that special tree makes you feel absolutely alive.
Feeling completely new.
Now for one special treat just before we finish.
All the way back home there will be a fantastic breeze.
And there will be hundreds of blossom trees releasing their blossom.
You are now to begin to walk home in a rain of pink blossom.
This is very very exciting.
This breeze contains the full rainfall of pink blossoms.
So already smiling.
Begin to walk back home and enjoy the full rain of pink blossom.
And fully aware it is a special time.
For the pink blossom will only do this once a year.
So enjoy this.
Let it completely smother your entire being.
And feel those arms lifting up.
Fingers spreading wide.
Marching home.
Covered and smothered in pink pink blossom.
Let your eyes catch that breeze.
Catch the patterns.
The shapes of blossom.
And feel a part of all that is happening right now.
It is time to reach the door.
And before you open the door.
You are aware that the blossom needs to remain outside.
But your higher heart chakra.
The higher heart chakra is pink.
So the heart chakra decides to absorb all the pink colour.
Absorb the entire pink blossom colour into that heart chakra.
So by the time you have opened the door with the key.
Your higher heart chakra will continue to flow on this high vibration.
Completely full of the high vibration of love.
Allowing life to flow more easily.
Everything from a source of unconditional love.
Staying happy.
Staying centred.
And feeling new again.
