Welcome to this guided meditation called stepping into my power. Let's begin seated or lay down if you wish. Closing your eyes, Thank you. Hands on your heart, Then hold your breath still for 7 seconds now, Thank you. Feel that breath long, Smooth and flowing. And time to connect to all of me that is stepping into my power. I am number one in my life. I am the action and the creation of expression. I approve of me. Focusing onto my heart now. Feel a freedom to flow me. Aware my heart loves to connect to my higher, Higher chakras. The throat, The third eye. The crown that is all about creativity. Doing things by style. All the years I have got to know myself. In the name I am. I am love. I am a creator on my life path. I choose to shine so very brightly. I spin all my energies like a giant rainbow of chakras. I take care of my aura and own a bright, Smooth, Vibrant aura. I compare myself to a flower and put my roots in divine Mother Earth. The biggest creator of all. These roots are made of my love. I grow my body like a stem. My crown is full of open petals. I have blossomed. I remain fully blossomed. Every petal is all my gifts. All my personal way of being me. I bathe myself in Godan light, Sunshine Godan. I breathe into Godan. I grow strong but flexible. I grow upwards and tall. I am in balance. I resonate only love. Love that flows all of my life. I correct anything that isn't love because I am made of love. I connect to the highest of vibrations. I am a high vibration. My source of laughter is my divine medicine. I am invincible through the power of love that flows from my heart centre, That rises up into my higher chakras. My throat is my connection to all things. My third eye guides me safely to flow. My crown remains shining open and connected to universal wisdom, To universal creation, To universal love and light. I nurture myself. I listen to my body and its needs. I fill my days with stimulating things that are the gifts of life. I will rise into an energy smile and now I rest here for the next full minute and celebrate the abundance I am in. Breathing in, I am stepping into my power. Breathing in my energy smile that touches my life and all life. Breathing in my abundant self, Placing my roots into earth strong and a sense of belonging of being me. I am a part of Mother Earth. I live and breathe this abundant planet as home. My journey. I stay centred. I rise into flowing myself, Standing in my power. My positivity is endless. It is my life force energy. And I await now to the count of three. One, Two, Three. Eyes opening bright.
