Listen to your heart waiting patiently for the fun to begin.
This heart loves to have fun and must find it very soon.
How about we turn your bed into a brand new big boat.
And that your bed is now upon this boat.
Please decide what colour this brand new boat is.

This brand new boat needs a name.
It can be your name or a new name.
Please decide now.

There's a special new friend upon this boat who is sailing it whilst you are in your bed.
A master of the sea.
A magical sea explorer that is a sea dragon who knows everything about the sea itself.
This sea dragon is very adventurous.
Just like children who love to play and explore the highest of magical adventures.
The sea dragons often help little boats in trouble with magic of course.
They are as blue as can be and their eyes swirl like the ocean.
Their wings open up like sails and love to sail with the speed of the waves after waves.
This new boat will not stay long on the sea though for it will be dramatically changed to go into the sea like a submarine.
Now before you go up to meet this new friend the sea dragon,
You must get your heart extremely happy and smiling brightly for the fun to begin.
So think how important it is to have fun in life and to be an explorer yourself.
For something new can be found every day when you look through the eyes of your heart.
Begin to smile so bright inside,
Almost like a giggle of sheer laughter,
Tears of sheer happiness,
Hot rosy cheeks,
Feeling really most definitely excited for the fun to begin on this sea.
Time to run up to the top now,
Run quick and jump in the air and let the sea dragon catch you.
For this is fun too.
Tell the dragon how nice it is to meet you.
Tell the dragon your name too.
And ask if the sea dragon has a name too.
Now please enjoy the sea view around you,
Around you both.
It must be so blue with white waves and a sky so blue with white clouds.
Turn your head all around and feel the sea breeze.
Smell the salty air.
Not long to go now before this new boat will turn into a submarine.
Ready soon to go and explore below the sea itself.
Now the sea dragon breathes out white and blue fog and is calling the dolphins to prepare for a dive.
The sea dragon breathes out again white and blue fog and calls also the blue whale to create a big wave around this boat.
And lastly,
The sea dragon breathes out into the sky blue and white fog,
Calling the seagulls to circle and circle around this boat.
At the count of ten it will all begin.

Can you feel everything coming to you both?
Can you see the dolphins racing and jumping around your boat?
Can you see the biggest of waves as the blue whale,
Steady and straight,
Comes to this boat?
Can you hear and see the sky fill with seagulls and the great sound they make?
A big sea breeze fills this boat and runs all over your body.
Feel the sea breeze on your face and dancing in your hair.
The boat is changing and changing into a huge submarine,
All shiny and white.
Smile at the sea dragon for he's ready to take you both down into the most beautiful and colourful sea world.
Watch the dolphins,
Watch the blue whale,
Lead the way forwards and downwards into the sea now.
It's really very quiet,
But it's all about the colours down below.
There will be many tropical coloured fish and other interesting sea creatures.
Lots of coral and plant life that are amazing in colour and shape and design.
It is also soothing and relaxing to see things so different down here.
It really is a new world down below.
It is vast so big and you can go all the way to the sea bed if you wish.
Maybe take some pictures with your mind or grab a pencil and paper and record anything that hasn't been seen before.
Now the sea dragon would like you to take the whale and travel all around this world if you wish,
By sea of course.
So I must let you get on with exploring.
Maybe you will bring something back with you,
Like some precious pearls or keep a fish as a new pet.
And when you've had enough down here,
Please go find a small tiny island and come ashore,
For there is sand and sea and always fun to be had.
