Welcome to this sleep guided meditation called Relax Me Dragon Friend.
Let's begin.
Onto your bed,
Quickly fluff your pillow,
Squeeze it tight with all your muscles and then jump into bed,
Resting deep into the pillow.
Wiggle your toes to help them relax and stretch open your hands and thumbs go round and round,
Relaxing more.
One mighty breath in,
Then blow it out like a dragon would.
Please close your eyes quickly and keep them closed.
Please relax all of you now.
It's time to have a new dragon friend that's all about relaxing.
Yet later,
A little adventurous,
Which is a little exciting.
Dragons are quite colourful,
Extremely long and masters at flying up and flying down and deep into earth and high into the universe.
Think about it 10 seconds now.
Now the colourful dragon is purple and red and is offering a great friendship to you.
He would like you to prepare your bedroom with your own magic.
So let's begin.
Every wall has stars shining upon it.
Think and feel those stars.
The ceiling opens up into moonlight clouds,
Hundreds fluffy,
White,
Shining with silver light.
Think of the moonlit clouds and the floor is golden like sand.
Thinking of golden sand.
And your bed is swaying gently,
Soft and gentle.
The relaxing dragon is ready to visit.
And flies upwards out of the earth,
Coloured in red and purple.
Remember dragons can fly everywhere.
The red feels so warm and bright,
Yet his purple is so cool and breezy.
His dragon back is perfect for flying above.
His wings are as long as his back.
He's a very long,
Relaxing dragon.
The eyes are bright and friendly.
And when you first stroke him,
He purrs like a cat.
You must bond of course.
So trust as you open your heart.
That is the key to a long and happy life.
And if you can sing softly,
A little,
He will smile with all his dragon teeth.
Also what comes with any dragon friend is protection.
For they are loyal,
With huge hearts,
Far greater than ours.
They also vibrate on a higher magical level.
So just bond 20 seconds more,
Before it's time to fly away.
Now see yourself hopping onto his back.
Sit tall and proud.
Look like a dragon master.
It's time to start with a relaxing,
Smooth ride first.
Think how the wind just flows beautifully all around you.
So light.
Well holidays can be relaxing,
With lots of sand.
So together fly out and go find some amazing,
Enormous,
Super long sandy beaches.
Look for golden yellow and smell that sandy shore too.
A few palm trees would be nice.
And coconut trees,
Ripe and ready to enjoy.
Once you find this place,
Kick off your shoes and go lay down together on the best beach ever.
Have one whole minute before somewhere else is to be explored.
So enjoy the sands for one minute.
Because the wind can be exciting.
And right now,
The weather,
The weather changes into the excitement of a long,
Brilliant breeze.
It's time to hop on your dragon friend and follow that big sky into the highest of winds as you go up and up and finally ride that huge wind.
Now the sun floats down and allows the new moon to appear.
The sky is never dark when a moon is out.
And stars,
Millions pop and pop out.
If you are lucky,
The aurora lights dazzle in bright electric green.
And your dragon loves to dance upon it,
Swirling and swinging side to side.
You may want to sing a little as you enjoy the aurora rhyme.
Have 20 seconds before something else that is a surprise.
Now a sound of a horn coming from a ship.
The wind carries the sound up to the sky.
Now the dragon is using his magical gifts to take you back in time.
A long time ago,
Dragons were highly respected.
So much that men would carve out in wood a dragon's mighty head.
When the world was young,
It was common to explore it by ship.
And so the sound of this horn belongs to five huge,
Viking long ships.
But they are known as dragon ships.
Each with a carved dragon head on its prow.
These dragon ships were used by vikings to intimidate enemies and project power.
And to ward off spirits during raids and voyages.
The head,
Which were often detachable from the ship,
Served to protect against sea monsters and frighten away local land spirits upon arrival on foreign land.
Thus representing power and status,
These vessels were often used by kings and chieftains.
So excitement begins as you investigate upon the moonlit sea.
Go and look and follow where they are going and make it a fantastic dream.
Will there be castles found upon new land?
Treasures of gold,
Diamonds,
Anything and everything is out there.
Remember,
Your dragon friend is loyal and protects you.
So find happiness,
Find new places,
Sailing on the wind next to all those dragon ships and dream.
