Welcome to this guided meditation called protect from negativity of others.

Let's get focused with an introduction first.
Imagine someone has just burst your bubble.
That sense of losing and the other winning.
Even when they don't recognize they are doing it.
It's just old habits.
Then that person exits the scene leaving you to start to worry.
They have simply spiraled the day for you.
And so we react.
A surge of anger begins even more so to that person.
Overthinking begins and plays on your mind and heart.
Looking to burst out this anger that is on your breath.
So it's time to send back those negative thoughts to that person.
It's time to meditate with the powers of love and light.
Time to bring in the flames of cleansing.
For they burn off low energies of negativity and are cleansing too.
Because we wish to get rid of this silly game of negativity towards you.
Connecting now to the fire of violet flames and the fire blue dragon flames.
Enter into this rhythm.
This rhythm of fire cleansing with me.
It's time to burn to dust.
All from both of us.
The negativity you brought must be caught.
With violet flames and dragon blue flames.
To burn first all around me and through me.
Let flames burn through my mind.
Let flames burn inside.
Violet flames and dragon blue flames burn into the life force space I am in.
Then the flames travels to her or to him.
Like a path the fire eats up the fuel of low stuff.
The flames go to that person who hasn't got a clue.
And then the flames burn all around you.
All to dust and all that low stuff.
Flames eating it all up.
The flames burn within the home I am cleansing all my energies again.
In this I am stepping into my power.
And again I burn all away with violet flames of fire.
And the blue fire dragon burns them too.
Gobbles them up.
And then the low stuff will turn to dust.
And now it brings in peace.
And then I enter silence.
Ten seconds of peace now.
From here I now enter for a moment the sacred mantra OM.
The sound of the universe.

Then placing hands gently round your face and sing OM three times with me.

And then placing your hands on your throat area and sing OM three times with me.

Breathe into peace and it's time to ground oneself.
My earthly feet upon this earth and from the soles of both my feet new roots burst into life sending them deep and lovingly to the center of mother earth.
When I am grounded I stand in my power.
And it's time to bless all my energies with the diamond light into my aura and my chakras of life.
My life force energy of abundance.
I ask and receive diamond white light to me.
Above my head flooding with this light and shines down all my chakras cleansing and lighting them up.
My stellar gateway chakra and my soul star chakra flooded in diamond light.
My causal chakra and my crown chakra into diamond light.
My third eye and my throat chakra bathed in diamond light.
My higher heart and my heart chakra flooded in diamond light.
My solar chakra and my sacral chakra fills with diamond light.
My navel chakra and my base chakra floods with diamond light.
And my earth star chakra below my feet fills with that diamond light.
And then I send diamond light down my earth roots to the center of mother earth.
Anchored lovingly to her.
Here I connect to her golden light and bring this golden light up with the diamond light.
And let it all shine on all my chakras.
And then I focus on my aura,
My aura layers.
Filling up with the true power of golden light mixed with diamond light.
All my layers that hold my emotional,
Mental,
Physical and spiritual body become soothed,
Healed and empowered with golden and diamond light.
I am all lit up and I rest and bathe 30 seconds here.
Breathing into my life false energies.
I choose to always be positive about myself.
I choose to own my power and nurture myself.
I am full of solutions and I have my own support.
