Life requires energy and so we eat and quench our thirst.

Heading to lush green grass,
Mother nature's carpet.
But there is a natural golden glow right here.
The golden shine comes from buttercup flowers.
Hundreds of them in full bloom.
So please get seated close by and feast your eyes first on buttercups shining like yellow gold.
Now physically if you wish,
Stretch your hands out ready to open the picnic hamper.
But first your hands are filled with sunshine.
Warm hands are lit by the sun.
Someone has made the picnic for you.
Normally we share picnics,
But here is a chance to give to yourself.
And focus on its nourishment and deep comfort.
Apples are shiny deep red,
As sweet as candy.
Drinks of orange juice fresh,
For they come from orange trees and how bright that tree is.
Salads that introduce foods with water in them,
That are good for the body of life.
Then your favorite fillings for sandwiches,
Treats to finish.
So please have half a minute and fuel your body and mind with these wonderful energies now.
Relax,
Lay down flat to the earth.
Looking at the sky that fills your eyes,
It goes on forever.
See this light color blue.
A world of color is earth.
Drifting white clouds and feel the world is spinning.
The natural flow of things moving.
Hear the birds sing so great,
The sound vibrates through you.
Beautiful birdsongs touch your heart.
Colors are all around you and you are color yourself.
All the chakras match them just like a rainbow.
Place a hand on your tummy and just know it is your yellow solar chakra.
The power of you.
And just below,
The orange center,
The sacral.
The emotional you.
And then the red chakra,
That is feeling grounded and a belonging.
Put a hand on your heart and know that this is your green chakra.
The love you resonate.
All above follows with the throat of turquoise color.
Your communication center.
And between the eyebrows,
Indigo blue,
The psychic self.
Lastly,
The crown of purple,
Full of wisdom.
Breathe into your rainbow chakras.
And they are spinning like earth,
Full of life force energy.
Before you stand up,
Think as a child,
The innocence of you.

Confidence and wisdom with power.

Your throat chakra is royal blue.
Holds codes of truth,
Honour,
Courage and strength.
