Welcome to this guided meditation called the Mindfulness of Springtime.
Let's begin.
Please get seated or lay down if you wish.
Relax into spring,
Closing your eyes thank you.
Let the eyes inside go round and round as we begin to notice colour returning.
As we begin to notice springtime flowers return all around us.
Relax the eyes into flower Deep in the ground,
Yellow daffodils rise straight and tall.
Suddenly appear almost like cartoon yellow,
Oozing excitement bright as a button,
The riches of yellow.
Breathing into fiery yellow,
Breathing out yellow spring.
Tree trunks become dotted with fresh crocuses,
All individual in fresh,
Deep purple,
Making a ring around the big ode trees.
So we look deep into the tree trunk,
Ode and textured in a rough deep brown pattern.
The contrast of velvet purple flowers,
No higher than a blade of grass.
Breathing into contrast of earth brown tree trunks and breathing out velvet purple.
White snowdrops dazzle the eyes into sheer whiteness.
A flower that blossoms with its head towards the grass.
A snowdrop shape curls to the ground,
Singing of spring and breathing into white light and breathing out white snowdrops.
Also a time for the strongest,
The brightest of colours to fill up your life.
Deep within,
We too radiate colour.
One of the biggest colours to return is pink,
The most dazzling in different shades of pinkness.
They say when we fall in love,
We radiate this colour in the aura.
And for now the trees on this earth each bring forth thousands upon thousands of pink blossom flowers.
Imagine you are walking up to a tree that is heavenly,
Heavily laden in full bloom.
Notice how the eyes love all these thousands of flower patterns.
A natural pattern by nature that almost makes the heart melt into peace and joy.
This colour brings an emotion and vibration of love.
The senses of touch that something so profound visually is at the same time delicate.
Fine delicate petals that when the wind does blow it will eventually rain pink.
I want you to imagine laying under the blossom tree its shelter and every flower will release and drop,
Smothering you in pink petals.
In an instant you are camouflaged into pinkness.
Breathing into fresh pink and breathing out pink blossom.
Feel the breath flowing and flowing,
This unstoppable time of the year spring time.
Nature is medicine to the heart,
To the eyes,
All your senses,
Soothed and inspired.
Once a year the blossom fills all the trees,
Does your home,
Your castle ever any of these?
Once a year a tree becomes a vase of flowers,
Where we stand next to and feel so fairy size.
And the blossom trees another year older,
Survived a winter,
Repair themselves into new growth.
Reminds us does nature,
Each year we grow,
Breathe into each year we grow.
We grow taller,
Reaching the hypnotic sky,
On a mission to fulfil our lives like a mature tree.
Breathe into your life as an adventure.
Blossom at night is no doubt so bright,
Delicate tiny flowers,
Soft as tissue paper,
Accurate hearts with a crown centre.
Announce a royal rain of summer songs of endless light with perfume warmth.
We are reminded the beauty,
The creation and growth,
The destination to be and to shine.
All the butterflies,
Dragonflies and bees come to this fair.
The birds singing a sunlight lights it all up,
A visual sensual life in bloom once a year.
All trees do blossom in bud,
But not always seen by the human eye.
It takes time to master mindfulness.
Breathe into noticing the world and its law of natural change.
We require balance and treasure,
We are sleeping,
Sitting and standing on a living planet that with our rose coloured glasses on,
Hear her full heartbeat and a spinning of great gravity,
Grounding us to the meaning of being at one with all life.
Breathe into Mother Earth creation.
So it's good to stop and smell the flowers and once a year smile with the eyes at the buds on all the trees.
Breathe into new ground growth.
Let's awake to the count of three.
One,
Two,
Three.
Eyes opening bright.
