Welcome to this meditation. Originally done live and now recorded called look at time with love. Let's begin. Please get seated or lay down if you wish. Closing one eye for time. Closing the next eye for love. Hold the breath still seven seconds now. Feel that breath of love. Let the eyes inside go round and round round. We can look from all angles at time and infuse it all with the kindness of love. With the strength of love. With that lightness and higher warmth of love. Let your eyes settle. Breathing in time and breathing out the word love. For this word comes in many shapes and forms. Sometimes it's new. Sometimes it's old. And even simply memories. Life belongs to time and memories. Imagine you have this armor of silver steel. It shines far and wide. Survival and protection is natural. Yet there is a heaviness too. Yet there is still comfort with it. When we allow ourselves to think of someone who has the character of 100% love. In that they do not judge nor reject any other being. For in a way they are vibrating love that has revealed to them the lightness it brings. Sometimes others do not resonate with us. Yet we can free ourselves gracefully with shining love upon this. Imagine the silver armor that not only protects you is so light because it is made with 100% love. And as it does right now it shines twice as bright. Admire this new shine. Feel how it overwhelms you in an exciting way. Feel it radiates self-love no matter what. Now our memories become more interesting too. To see from this higher position as if hovering above all human life. Perfection may just may not be as interesting or as knowledgeable. To see each person's struggle, Our own habits inherited. We also lean onto gratitude for life as it unfolds meeting our needs. Keep telling yourself you will always learn something because it's true. And to take each learning each lesson with love. Being strong calls for a full full heart. And self-love is the greatest medicine you can give to your heart and mind. For they work together. They say the heart chakra is the extension of your arms and your hands that hug things close into the chest. Close to the heart. The vibration of love. Now please let your eyes go round and round as if looking everywhere you have been. And how you maneuvered through it all with love. Sometimes when we don't like something. It is in fact a mirror of lessons. Looking back for healing. Thus strengthening that vibration of love. For the heart will tug and speak. What do you love today? And what shall I do with what you don't love? Heal the latter with pouring your own silvery shining light on it. Like your silver armor. Radiate this brilliant silver on it. And watch it change for the better. Stay here for one minute projecting, Putting this shining love on all memories of life now. Feel how special the heart is. The vibration of love. Meeting everything with this. The knowledge of love. Lastly imagine you are looking at yourself in a long long mirror. And decide to love everything that completes you. With all those memories of how you used to love. And how you look now that belong to time. And hear also the ticking of a clock next to that long mirror. And hear at the same time the beat of your heart. Spend one minute here in the name of love with that mirror and you now. Let's ground you to the greatest love of all. Let's now do a beautiful grounding to Mother Earth. In fact to her own heart center. Your left foot and your right foot anchoring their energy roots long and deep to the center of Earth. At the heart of Mother Earth. Tie a little bow at the center with your roots. And breathe long and deep up her golden red energy. Let this golden red energy also put a layer of love around your aura.
