So we are asking right now,
Or should I say inviting your inner child to come and play and spin your chakras within.
There will be teamwork and for yourself we will do colour chakra breathing,
Guided of course.
And at the same time giving full permission for yes,
Your inner child to do something they were really good at,
And that's the joy of dancing and spinning and even singing to your chakras.
As if the playground bell had just started ringing and out pops the child you once was,
Ready to explode into high energy playtime.
But to do this upon all your 7 chakras that are the very same colours of a rainbow.
What is special is the energy height of your inner child of you is the perfect height to stand in your 7 rainbow chakras.
So smile a confident smile that their feet are standing ready at your base red chakra.
This energy area which is the base of your spine and their height up to your purple crown chakra,
Your head.
And they are ready to spin with excitement all your rainbow chakras.
Spinning was so much fun,
So feel a smile between you as that inner child begins to dance,
Spin and sing to all the 7 colours of your chakras.
Now whilst this inner help happens you will join in with colour breathing into these rainbow chakras.
Then later we will bring in the high dimension rainbow dragon for extra blessings.

Getting ready for colour breathing to connect to the rainbow within.

This is the orange sacral chakra that your inner child is dancing.
And breathe in fully into orange.
And breathe out the colour orange.
The next one above is the solar yellow chakra that your inner child is singing.
And breathe in fully into yellow.
And breathe out the colour yellow.
The next one is the heart green chakra.
And breathe in fully into the green.
And breathe out the colour green.
The next is the fruit light blue chakra that your inner child is dancing.
And breathe in fully into the light blue.
And breathe out the colour light blue.
On to the next is the third eye deep blue chakra that your inner child is singing.
And breathe in fully into deep blue.
And breathe out the colour deep blue.
And finally the crown purple chakra that your inner child fills with excitement.
And breathe in fully into the purple.
And breathe out the colour purple.

Let the eyes inside rise up to the sky.
This sky is big and it is sunny and raining all at the same time.
So you search the sky for the rainbow.
So big,
So long and vibrant in matching colours of your chakras.
Feel your heart opening up,

And your inner child laughing already,

For this rainbow itself is the rainbow dragon,
Free flying in this big open sky.
