Welcome to this guided meditation called 2026 The Fire Horse.

Let's begin.

Please get comfortable,

Seated or lay down if you wish.

As you close your eyes,

Let's first give thanks for the Year of the Snake,

Its presence in 25.

Being grateful is gratitude that is the building blocks of abundance,

For before and yet to come.

So feel that flow.

Breathe into it,

A full breath in,

And a full breath out.

Being aware,

A new year is beginning and how should we react to that?

Being proactive,

Optimistic,

Especially if the year you left behind felt strong with the snake,

Possibly shedding a few coats,

Gaining wisdom and getting to know yourself.

What will a new Chinese zodiac year teach us and bless us with?

The Chinese zodiac is rather powerfully ancient.

The zodiac is rooted in early Chinese astronomy and the lunar calendar which tracks lunar cycles.

Now the 12 animal groupings began to be used as part of a timekeeping system,

Dating in the 5th and 3rd century BC,

The Zangu period.

Then the Han Dynasty,

206 BC and 9 AD was standardised,

Associating the 12 animals within a 12-year cycle,

Becoming wildly popular.

The legend of the animals attributes the order of the 12 animals in a race,

Held by the Jade Emperor or Buddha.

The practice of linking birth years to animals became firmly established in the North Zhou Dynasty in 557 to 581 AD.

So let's begin now to personally welcome the horse.

Imagine,

But most of all,

Focus your energy on a personal,

Desirable horse.

Simply pick a colour,

A size,

Make it extremely loving.

What would you like to see?

Have 20 seconds now,

Enjoy.

Now imagine,

With this horse,

She brings two foals.

With an instant message,

All life here as young ones.

It takes a while to do the adult life.

As you embrace the foals,

That softens you into love and joy.

And as you enjoy this moment,

Also allow yourself to listen to the meaning of time and the great history of celebrating this zodiac animal for the next 12 months of a calendar year.

The Chinese calendar is a lunar-solar system,

Tracking both the moon's phases and the sun's position.

Plus,

The Julian calendar was replaced by this Gregorian calendar,

Because its leap year rule was slightly inaccurate,

Thus causing it to drift from the solar year,

Misaligning seasons and church holidays.

Therefore,

The Julian calendar was flawed in time.

It assumed the year was 365.

25 days,

Adding a leap day every 4 years,

But the actual solar year is 365.

242 days.

This created 11 minute per year error,

Adding up causing the calendar to drift.

By the 1500s,

The equinox was occurring about 10 days earlier than it should have.

The Pope Gregory ordered 10 days to be skipped on October 4th in the year of 1582,

And followed by October 15th in the year 1582,

To reset the calendar.

This makes the Gregorian calendar much more precise.

Catholic countries like Spain,

Portugal and Italy adopted it quickly.

Protestant nations resisted until much later.

Great Britain and its colonies switched in the year 1752,

Skipping 11 days.

So the Chinese calendar is significantly older than the Gregorian calendar,

With its origins dating back over 4,

000 years,

To the reign of the Yellow Emperor.

And now it's time to embrace the adult horse.

That knows you wish to bond to her fire horse energies.

For this will allow her to speak from her heart to yours.

So with grace and pure balance,

Mount on to her now.

Have 10 seconds,

Enjoy the magic.

Breathe out beginning this ride,

As you decide to drop all fears and all doubts,

So that you can really flow into this year of the fire horse.

And from this new height,

You can see all things clearer in a proactive way.

It's okay to get a little excited too.

Our inner child always knew how great life is,

And showed in smiles so bright like the flames of the fire.

Can you enjoy everything in life,

Even those challenges?

Breathe into this,

As you pet this horse warmly and lightly.

We can always embrace life better with the horse.

Horses teach essential life skills,

Through their sensitivity to human emotions,

Acting as a mirror for behavior.

They foster patience,

Emotional regulation,

And authentic confidence,

By responding to calm rather than false.

They also teach trust,

Leadership,

Resilience,

And the importance of being present.

So the key lessons taught by horses is emotional intelligence and regulation.

Because horses react instantly to tension,

Fear,

Or frustration.

They force humans to regulate their emotions to gain cooperation.

Also non-verbal communication.

They teach the importance of body language,

Energy,

And the intention of a spoken word.

And also patience and persistence.

Working with horses requires slowing down,

As they do not respond well to rushing.

They teach that true connection requires time.

Also being authentic and trusting.

Horses detect when a person is not being genuine,

Teaching the importance of being and consistent in behavior.

Also self-awareness and confidence.

Building a bond with a horse increases self-esteem,

And helps individuals overcome fear and self-doubt.

Lastly is leadership and respect.

They teach how to be a leader who is assertive yet gentle,

Rather than demanding.

Beyond these,

Interacting with horses is still used therapeutically to reduce anxiety,

Manage stress,

And promote healing in both the physical and mental of your health.

And now for the magic of the mystical Zodiac horse.

With qualities of freedom,

Of success,

The fire element adds passion.

Also charisma,

And lastly a bold dynamic energy.

A time to act on long planned projects,

Taking risks and moving forward with passion and drive.

So a strong desire for personal space,

Self-expression,

And doing things your own way.

That leans into transformation and significant changes.

There is also the social energy,

Including reconnecting with good networks and embracing social opportunities,

Plus new adventures.

We also tap into health,

And health-wise it points to cardiovascular health through regular exercise.

So cardiovascular exercise is any rhythmic,

Continuous movement,

That increases heart rate and breathing,

Thus strengthening the heart,

Lungs,

And blood vessels.

We can lower blood pressure,

Manage weight,

Reduce cholesterol,

Increase better sleep,

And boost mental well-being.

And for health guidelines,

Per week,

150 minutes of moderate intensity,

Such as brisk walking or dancing,

Or 75 minutes of vigorous intensity,

Running,

Fast cycling.

We also move on to heart-healthy foods,

Like eating more vegetables,

Fruit,

Whole grains,

Leaner meats,

Fish,

And low-fat dairy,

And limiting the foods that are high in saturated fat and sodium.

Now to celebrate 2026,

Year of the Firehorse,

Focusing on personal growth,

Creativity,

And bold,

Ambitious pursuits,

Aligning with the horse's symbolism of strength,

Freedom,

And progress.

Now the magic of Feng Shui,

Remembering everything is not random.

There is order in much of our world that is difficult to explain.

There are building blocks of all matter and life as we know it,

Protons,

Neutrons,

And electrons that make up elemental atoms,

Which in turn make up molecules that all seem to have order.

The Western world discovered that even photons,

Particles of light,

Exhibit order.

Without this type of order,

How can we explain the development of galaxies,

Solar systems,

Planets,

And even life?

Now the ancient Chinese wanted to understand the flow of energy,

Or qi,

And their surroundings.

They continued to learn and test their questions over thousands of years.

Could they harness,

Divert,

And deflect qi energy in much the same way that metal and magnetic objects could with magnetic energy?

In fact,

Feng Shui literally means wind,

Water,

Because of the way it flows and can be harnessed like wind and water.

Feng Shui helps us to understand how energy flows and how to harness it for the benefit.

In fact,

Most cultures and religions have words that describe this energy.

In ancient Egypt,

This energy was known as Ka,

The Japanese call it Qi,

And in India it is Prana.

Ancient Greece called this energy Numa.

Many Native American tribes would talk of a great spirit in various languages.

The Hawaiian culture called this energy Ha.

Even in Christianity,

Some believe that the Holy Spirit is God's eternal energy or active force.

So Feng Shui primarily focuses on how this energy affects our surroundings,

Our lives,

Businesses,

And that we can harness it to benefit.

This is no different than opening two windows in your home to get a cross breeze.

It is also no different than using a windmill or a hydroelectric dam to convert kinetic energy into electrical energy.

We use Feng Shui to benefit and recharge our spaces and our cells with Qi.

Here follow six Feng Shui magic tricks for the year of the firehorse.

First one is clear stagnant energy.

The firehorse thrives on momentum,

So clearing clutter from your home to allow energy to flow more freely,

Thus keeping spaces tidy to ignite fresh,

Vibrant Qi energy.

Second is to embrace fiery colors.

The fire element is tied to red and to purple,

Symbolizing passion,

Creativity,

And prosperity.

Adding these colors through deco,

Pillows,

And artwork to spark inspiration.

Thirdly,

To incorporate horse symbols in themes of art,

Figurines,

And imagery in your home to channel the firehorse that is bold and free spirited.

Fourth is to enhance your entryway,

Thus a clear inviting entrance welcomes opportunity.

So ensure your front door is in good repair,

Free of squeaks,

And that the pathway is unobstructed to invite the firehorses dynamic energy.

Fifth is to ignite creativity and action.

The firehorse encourages bold moves,

Adding vibrant decor like statement lighting or artwork to your home or office to creativity and motivate progress.

And lastly,

To pursue your passions,

The firehorse is driven by enthusiasm and courage.

This is the year to chase ambitious goals,

Taking risks and let your inner fire guide your path.

So embrace the firehorses energy to make 26 a year of growth and excitement.

Let's seal this meditation talk now and with one minute as you yourself make that bond as you breathe into the color red and breathe out the color purple into your lifeforce energy for one minute now please.

Ready to open your eyes to the count of three.

One,

Two,

Three.

Eyes open with passion.
