Take a moment to find a comfortable position where you can fully relax and let your body settle into the space around you.
Close your eyes gently and begin to bring your awareness to your breath.
Breathe in deeply.
And as you exhale,
Feel yourself letting go of any tension or weight.
There's nothing you need to do right now.
Just allow yourself to be present in this moment.
Let go of the world around you for these next few minutes.
It's just you and your breath.
You are safe.
You are supported.
You are here.
Feel the surface beneath you,
The support it offers as you rest.
With each breath,
Allow yourself to soften.
Release any tension that you may be holding in your shoulders,
Your neck,
Your jaw.
Feel the weight of your body as it sinks deeper into the ground,
Like a stone settling into the earth.
Notice any areas where stress may be lingering.
And as you breathe in,
Imagine drawing in calm,
Peaceful energy.
And as you breathe out,
Let go of any discomfort or tightness.
With each exhale,
Feel your body becoming lighter,
More at ease.
Feel yourself becoming grounded,
Centered,
Balanced.
You are releasing the weight of the world,

Now bring your awareness to your mind.
Notice any thoughts or worries that might be swirling around.
It's okay.
These thoughts don't need to be fixed or judged.
Imagine placing each thought on a cloud and watching it float away into the sky.
Let go of each thought as it drifts by.
There's nothing you need to do with these thoughts right now.
You can simply observe them and let them pass.
Feel the space opening up in your mind as each cloud of thought floats away.
With each breath,
Feel the mental fog lifting.
Your mind is becoming clearer,
Calmer,
More relaxed.
In this moment,
You have permission to let go of stress.
You are free.
Now bring your awareness to your heart center.
This is the place within you where balance resides.
Take a moment to notice the rhythm of your heart,
Steady,
Calm and unwavering.
As you breathe in,
Feel the energy of balance flowing into your body.
As you breathe out,
Release anything that throws you off center.
You are reclaiming your balance now.
Feel your energy aligning,
Your mind,
Body and spirit moving together in harmony.
Allow this balance to settle into every part of you,
Filling you with a sense of calm and stability.
You are centered.
You are aligned.
You are balanced.
Now imagine yourself standing in the center of a peaceful garden or maybe on a mountaintop.
In this space,
There is nothing to worry about,
Nothing to fix,
Nothing to change.
Just the soft sounds of nature and the stillness surrounding you.
Feel the gentle breeze moving around you,
Carrying away any remaining tension.
Notice the steady flow of your breath grounding you in the present moment.
Allow yourself to fully relax into the peacefulness of this space,
In this moment.
There is no rush,
No pressure,
Only stillness and calm.
You are perfectly at peace,
Just as you are.
Now bring your awareness to your whole being,
Your body,
Your mind,
Your spirit.
Imagine them all come together in perfect harmony.
See your body full of vitality and energy,
Your mind clear and focused,
Your heart full of love and peace.
Feel how balanced you are in this moment.
Imagine.
Know that you carry this balance within you and it is always available no matter what's happening around you.
Whenever you feel stress or chaos,
You can return to this space,
This place of balance.
It's always within you,
Always accessible.
You are whole,
You are balanced,
You are in harmony.
Take another deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Feel the full sense of balance and calm settling into your body,
Your mind and your spirit.
Know that you are now fully grounded and centered,
Carrying this peace within you.
Whenever you need to,
You can return to this stillness.
And whenever you're ready,
Begin to gently bring your awareness back to the present moment.
Wiggle your fingers and toes.
Stretch your body.
And when it feels right,
Open your eyes.
