Close your eyes and take a deep breath in and exhale.
Notice any tension in your forehead,
Eyes and jaw,
Let them relax and soften.
Move to your neck and shoulders.
Check for tightness and allow your shoulders to drop,
Releasing any tension.
Focus on your arms,
Feel the weight of your arms.
Notice any sensations in your upper arms,
Elbows,
Forearms and wrists.
Bring awareness to your chest and abdomen,
Take a deep breath in,
Feeling your chest rise,
Exhale and let your abdomen soften.
Move down to your legs,
Notice any tension in your thighs,
Knees and calves,
Let your legs feel heavy and relaxed.
And let your feet,
Feel the contact of your feet with the ground,
Notice the sensations in your toes and soles.
Now bring your awareness to your heart,
Just let your attention rest here,
Connect here as if you're saying hello,
Say hi and back again.
Building trust between you and your heart,
Your heart trusts that you come back and check in.
Now let's feel into that beautiful heart of yours,
Just notice what is there,
We don't need to change anything,
Just accept all of it.
Deep breath in and exhale.
Now we are going to visualize a funnel going out towards the front of your heart,
As if it is going out the front of your chest and a funnel going out towards the back of your heart,
As if it is going out towards the back of your back.
Take a moment to feel into your heart again,
Really sensing into it.
Is there anything there that could use some realignment?
Notice if there is any tightness,
Density or perhaps something murky or cloudy in nature,
Maybe darker colors.
Let's simply observe and become aware of what is present.
And now we are going to begin spinning,
We'll create a vortex like a whirlwind,
Spinning out all that density,
Cloudiness or anything that no longer serves you,
Allow it to spin out with this vortex through the front funnel and release it.
Allow it to take place by itself when you have created that vortex and see it all spin out and continue to spin until there is no cloudiness there anymore,
Until all the cloudiness that is ready to go,
Go.
Now let's see if there is maybe also some cloudiness that can spin out through the funnel of the back,
Allow it to spin,
Spin out and keep on spinning until there is a clearness in the heart,
More space,
More bright light.
Beautiful work.
Let's now visualize an element that speaks to you,
Wind,
Fire,
Water or earth that comes and clears it all away,
Any little remainders in your heart,
Anything left in the space that you are sitting in,
Perhaps the wind will come and sweep it all away,
The fire will burn it up,
The water will flow and wash it away or the earth will let it return to the earth.
Allow it to take place now.
Beautiful work and thank the element of your choice.
I will now share a short prayer.
In the name of love,
May this moment bring clarity to my mind,
Peace to my heart and stillness to my spirit.
I release what no longer serves me.
May my heart be clear,
My mind be at peace and my spirit be free.
I welcome clarity,
Light and calm.
I trust that love will guide me forward and so it is.
Now when we have spun out things that no longer serves us,
What would you like to fill your heart with?
Let's allow this moment to spin that in.
If you saw any holes in your heart or any parts missing,
With your attention also focus on building up the heart tissue there again and closing the hole.
So let the vortex now move through the funnel into your heart,
Bringing light and positivity.
Spin in that which brings you joy,
Lightness and bright colors,
Those things that serve you well.
Keep spinning.
You can also smile while you do this.
Keep spinning and noticing how your heart fills up,
Becoming more alive,
Vibrant and full of color.
Spin and spin and through the funnel at the back too.
Spin in with that vortex.
Bring in that which you would like to carry more of in your heart.
Spin in and spin deeper,
Letting it all align.
Anchor in.
Taking a moment to simply be and smile.
And as we come to the close of this practice,
May we carry with us the peace of a still heart,
The warmth of compassion and the gentle knowing that we are always supported by love.
So let your heart remain open.
Trust in the wisdom it holds and the healing it offers.
Take a deep breath and know that you are whole.
You are enough and you are deeply loved.
Move your awareness back to the breath.
Gently bring your awareness to your fingers and toes.
Wiggle them.
Stretch your body.
And come back to the room.
