Lili is a menstrual cycle coach, trained by Lisa de Jong, and a certified Kundalini and Yin yoga teacher. Her own journey with PMDD led her here: after years of navigating intense emotional cycles, she discovered a new way to understand and support her body through nervous system regulation and cycle awareness. Today, she guide women experiencing PMDD to feel safe in their bodies, resourced in their emotions, and deeply connected to themselves, even in the most challenging phases of their cycle. Her approach isn’t about “fixing” women, it’s about understanding themselves, cultivating self-trust, and moving through their cycle with more ease, clarity, and inner strength.
