This will be a meditation that will help you de-stress and rejuvenate from a period of hard work.
So take a moment and bring your attention to your third eye.
Please in between your eyebrows.
From here close your eyes.
Just take a moment to feel the tension and the exhaustion that you feel in this present moment.
As you look inwards to the spot in between your eyes,
See if you can notice the sensations that you feel.
Just be here with the tension or exhaustion.
Just notice the sensations that you feel running across your forehead.
As you go deeper you'll notice that there's a certain temperature that you feel with these sensations.
Just notice what this temperature feels like in your mind's eye.
Typically you might notice a wave of heat and warmth.
Just picture your mind like a TV.
The sensations that are running through are just part of an ever moving picture.
See if you can notice the emptiness,
The vastness of your mind behind the warmth that you feel.
As you go deeper into this empty space,
Notice a deep peace and clarity.
Just rest here in this peace and clarity for a few moments.
And now from this place of stillness,
See if you can visualize your next steps back into the working environment.
Notice a more peaceful version of yourself performing the tasks ahead of you.
And then just rest here in complete stillness,
Letting go of everything.
And now on your next exhale,
Slowly start to open the eyes.
Notice how you feel in this present moment.
And now we will end this meditation.
Just take this peace that you feel in this present moment with you throughout your day.
