
Meditation For Work Stress & Burnout - Relieve Tension

Welcome to this meditation designed to help release stress from work and restore balance after periods of exhaustion or burnout. You will be guided to gently notice how stress and fatigue are showing up in the body. Through a gradual body scan, you will relax areas of tension and allow tightness or strain to soften and melt away. As the body relaxes, you’ll also be encouraged to bring a sense of compassion toward yourself. Work is a form of contribution and service to the world, and this meditation ends with a moment of appreciation for the effort you’ve given and a reminder that you deserve rest and restoration as well. This practice can be used at the end of the workday, during periods of burnout, or anytime you need to release accumulated stress and reset both body and mind. The meditation will begin and end with the sound of a bell.
