Welcome to this guided meditation. This is a 20-minute meditation focused on the heart chakra. In this practice, you’ll imagine a healing Himalayan salt lamp resting at your heart chakra which will emit a warm soothing glow. The more you focus on this glow, the more it will expand (as your concentration increases). This practice will start with a bell, followed by a guided meditation, and a bell at the end to signify the end of this track.

Welcome to this meditation.

Take a moment to find a comfortable posture and begin to turn your attention inwards.

Drop your attention down to the heart area in the center of your chest and visualize a healing Himalayan salt lamp rested at the center of your heart.

See this Himalayan salt lamp slowly turn on,

Emitting a very faint warm glow.

Visualize this warm orange glow emitting from the Himalayan salt lamp.

Begin to slowly spread across your chest,

Filling you with the relaxing sensation of peace and calm.

Really take in the qualities of this warmth and gentleness of this soft glow.

The more you start to bring attention to the center of this lamp in the middle of your heart,

The more it will glow and spread throughout your body.

See this orange glow spread across the chest and to your abdomen.

Filling you with more ease,

Warmth,

And happiness.

Zone in on the feeling of heat from this light.

You'll notice it starts to radiate further.

The more your mind becomes concentrated on this quality of heat.

If your attention gets lost into a stream of thoughts,

Simply just redirect your attention back to the center of your heart.

Focus again on the warm soft glow.

Notice this warmth emanating from your heart area.

Begin to spread and warm your body with a calming feeling of peace and happiness.

Allow this glow to expand and spread out to your head and down to your legs.

This warmth may not be as strong as it's felt in the heart,

But still just allow yourself to feel this warmth.

Take a moment now to observe how your body feels in this moment.

And observe how you feel in this present moment compared to the beginning of this practice.

As we approach the end of this meditation,

Know that you can always come back to this feeling of warmth throughout your day.

So when you're in the midst of different tasks or you have a period of rest,

You can always turn your attention back and see a Himalayan salt lamp radiating a warm glow,

Providing you with a very soft source of energy that will replenish you and provide you with peace and happiness.
