Begin with your heart center and notice the softness and the stillness there.
If your heart does not feel soft and still,
Then move to another part of your body that does.
For this is the part of you that is embodying spirit in its fullest form,
In its most recognizable form,
In relationship to your body's instrument and ability to feel and notice it.
When you notice the stillness and presence within,
The softness,
That is where spirit is most active and full in your body.
When you can direct that energy and direct that feeling into other parts of your body to help light up and expand and brighten those areas with awareness and consciousness and the intelligence of spirit.
And with your intention,
You can do anything and create anything together.
It is not simply a vibration or a feeling that you feel.
It is a co-creative force that has endless intelligence and information for assisting you in creating whatever it is that you desire,
For attracting whatever it is you want to experience.
The more you can tune into and notice this softness,
This presence,
Stillness within your instrument of your being,
Your body,
The more powerful.
And if it's affecting the world around you and creating the life you want,
You will be.
So just simply sit with this stillness.
Find all the calm,
Peaceful spaces within your body and just let them expand.
And just let that feeling and that noticing and that softness just wash over into the other parts of your instrument,
Your physical being.
And when you feel it expanding more and more in your body,
You're even more deeply connected and present and in relationship with spirit.
It becomes a relationship where you can work together.
You can create together.
You can build dreams together.
You can build realities together.
The more you feel this presence and awareness and stillness in your body,
The more you begin to feel love.
And love is when you're feeling content,
At peace,
In harmony.
And limitless.
Access that limitless feeling every chance you get to simply notice where you feel softness,
Stillness,
Love and limitlessness in your being.
And just keep observing it and sensing it with your instrument and your physical body and let it expand.
And the more it expands,
The more your body harmonizes with that greater intelligence.
More communication you have with that greater intelligence and the more of a relationship you have with that greater intelligence.
And from that finely tuned instrument,
That harmonious instrument,
You can create beautiful songs of joy and love and happiness in your life.
But it's not simply about connecting with your crown chakra to connect to a spirit.
The crown chakra is an access point for energy to flow.
That is not where spirit resides.
Spirit is in everything.
So now let's begin by deeply tuning in to our instrument.
Tune into your heart.
Feel the softness and stillness there.
And again,
If this feeling is not there,
Simply move to another place where you do feel it.
Just notice the feelings of joy,
Ease,
Peace.
Happiness.
Brightness.
Lightness.
Now follow that feeling to another part of your body that feels light and easy.
Continue on to another part of your body.
Just letting that feeling that tuning in spread to other parts of your body.
Just expanding the awareness with lightness,
Connection and ease of the body.
And just know that this is more than energy.
We receive the intelligence,
The information of this connection,
This tuning in more finely with spirit.
Now allow that loving intelligence,
That pure energy to just blend in with other parts of your body that may not feel so bright or at ease or peaceful.
Just ask that intelligence to give your body all the information it needs to heal and balance,
To harmonize.
And just let spirit reside more fully,
Softly,
Peacefully in these areas.
Now with this awareness of a soft,
Loving intelligence and presence radiating from the center of your being,
Just imagine your life as you would like it to be.
Just see it out in front of you as if you're watching a movie and just connect with it from that place of peace,
Contentment,
Creation,
Love,
And greater intelligence of spirit.
And the more you radiate that spirit within,
The more you are tracked and drawn and create the life that you desire.
Just harmonize with it.
Just say yes to it.
Feel that moment.
Feel the contentment within you as if it's happening right now.
See the spirit and everyone's eyes lighting up.
And know that the spirit within you had a beautiful hand in creating this beautiful moment of connection with the people around you and the beautiful spirit within them.
Harmonize with the joy.
Feel that joy.
Feel that empowered sense of knowing that you are a co-creator with this essence,
With this intelligent co-creator spirit life force.
And just continue observing and being in this joyful moment and watching the scene unfold.
Just notice and tune into the spirit and everything around you and know that you are that spirit too.
Feel that extension of your body through this deep connection from within.
So just take a moment to notice how your physical body instrument feels at the moment.
And just really feel that spirit within light up as it is being witnessed and noticed and alive and present in your physical body instrument.
Feel the spirit within.
So take as long as you need to continue this feeling,
Noticing and connecting.
Or you can take a moment to come back to center in this physical body in this time.
And just continue throughout your day with eyes open and carrying this presence,
This knowingness within you of how connected and powerful you are by simply recognizing the spirit within you.
