Greetings everyone,
This is Cindy from Life of Oneness and today we're talking on the topic of how to stop doing and start attracting.
So as you have experienced in your life,
The world has been really set up for us to do and create from a place of doing rather than a place of attracting.
And that often becomes exhausting.
I'm sure many of you are feeling that with all the shifting changes and realizing that you want to be a human being instead of a human doing.
But sometimes we want something more beyond our state of being because we're always expanding and growing,
Creating and attracting more and more and more and more.
And that can be healthy but it can also be unhealthy because when we focus on the more and more then that takes us out of the present moment of what we're actually being and the energy that we're putting out in that moment with that longing and wanting.
And so we've all been through this in the past if you're,
Especially if you're on the spiritual path,
You've got your vision boards,
Your intentions,
You're saying your positive affirmations every morning and doing all these things but that's all well and good.
But if the energy behind it is wanting and longing and not having and I want this so badly,
I lack this in my life,
Then sometimes it just kind of backfires on us.
There's almost like a resistance and struggle,
Vibration within that feeling,
Within that attention that you're setting.
And so for example,
To attract and attune with the vibration that you want to create,
You just simply have to focus on something else.
Focus on the positive things that are already are happening in your life.
But also just focus on something completely different because we focus too much on what we desire and we're creating and wanting,
We're putting out that vibration of not having.
So I would recommend and what I do is just find some time in your day to do something that you really enjoy even if it's just going for a walk or listening to the birds or going on your bike,
Going for a run.
You absolutely have to do this.
It's imperative because if you can't find to do this,
Then you're just doing,
You're not spending time working on your vibration and doing things that bring you joy and bringing it in alignment with the vibration of contentment and gratitude and pleasure.
If you're not doing things that are pleasurable to you,
You're doing things to get pleasure in the future.
So we really have to align and focus on creating and aligning that pleasure in the now moment.
And doing that every day.
And I know it's not possible to do that all day long.
That's the ultimate guru goal to be in the now moment and be present and alive and awake in every moment.
But not everybody has that luxury of time to just be still and be present with everything.
We can practice it in our walking life and our working life.
But there are definite tasks in our lives that we have to attend to as well.
Again,
We're working with the idea of attracting.
I think about it for a moment is,
What is it that you can do to really attune your vibration with a real attractive energy?
Something that people will walk up and say,
Wow,
That person is really radiating with joy.
And you can just feel the energy beaming off of them.
They're so happy and confident.
They're so healthy in their mind and heart.
They feel so content that I just want to be like them.
And often sometimes what I do is I daydream.
And I know it's easy to people watch and get that envy coming up inside.
I wish I had that.
I wish I had what they have.
But I take that moment to put myself in that situation as if that is my life.
And if I see this couple doing something fantastic that I would like to do,
I just imagine that's me doing it.
And I get really excited about it.
Or I see somebody living in this dream home that I would love or the garden.
And I just imagine walking through that garden as if it's my own.
So this daydreaming,
This tuning in and people watching and really just observing all the beauty around you and being charged up by that rather than feeling defeated by it.
I think we often tend to compare ourselves to other people,
Especially when we feel that we're lacking something in our lives.
And then we get into the story of I'm too old,
It's too late for me,
Or I don't have the time,
I have the money.
I don't have the connections to make this happen,
Whatever it is.
Just take a moment to witness when that story comes up and thank it.
Yes.
Thank those little voices in your head because if you resist them,
Then you're just back in the struggle again.
When you're present with them,
Then you can bring your energy back to you.
Rather than becoming a part of that protagonist,
Antagonistic dynamic where energy is being put out and weighed down by this negative polarity.
When you say gratitude towards it,
Then there's no resistance towards it,
Your energy comes back to you.
So when you hear those voices in your head,
Then just say thank you for the reminder that this is still part of me that is there and that I'm healing and that I'm working on and getting better at.
And I don't need to listen to that anymore,
Because I'm changing my vibration.
I'm consciously being reminded every time I have that negative thought,
That negative feeling or emotion to flip it.
Just flip it 180 on its head and take that moment as a reminder to breathe deep and then imagine yourself being in that scenario that you desire.
And just daydream.
Daydream your way into success.
So the reason this topic,
Stop doing,
Start attracting is in the emotional section of the eight spheres is because your emotions are your vibration and our thoughts create our emotions.
Our emotions are responses to the thoughts going on in our head.
And so when we can shift our thoughts and our beliefs and our focus,
Then our emotions will follow and our emotions are that vibrational magnet that attract things to us.
And you can think about something all day long.
You can visualize it.
You can daydream about it.
But if your emotions and the inside are not in alignment with that belief,
If you don't really feel joy and happiness or even try to imagine yourself in that and the joy that comes with that,
It's almost impossible to attract.
And I don't want to sound negative,
But that's a positive thing to recognize is that your emotions,
That when you feel those negative emotions and not be discouraged by them,
Be reminded again that you can take a deep breath and you can shift that emotion into something positive.
And it may take you focusing on something else for a while that allows you to build up your,
Your joy bank account of positive emotion so that you can be in a more attractive space of bringing in and drawing those things to you.
Then you can focus on your future by using the energy of the joy and the happiness of just watching the birds or eating your favorite meal or going for a walk,
Whatever it is that charges up that vibration.
And then you can start to daydream from that space.
And if you've been taking this course and reading the workbook,
Then you understand how important it is to have a clear vibration that's clear of that anger,
Fear,
Or doubt and back that with that positive love vibration of joy and happiness.
And so again,
Our emotions are our vibration.
So be in tune with what comes up and then shift it.
So just a couple of quick reminders,
Daydreaming,
Exercising,
Visualizing yourself and scenarios that you're witnessing,
That you wish for your life,
And just do something that brings you joy could be gardening or taking a bath or something,
But at least,
At least,
If not 20 to 30 minutes,
Like 10 minutes a day,
You have to take this time to yourself.
Because if you can't clean up and clear that vibration within you,
You're just spinning your wheels.
You really have to consciously make an effort to shift your vibe because you've been in the same pattern for so long that if you don't consciously choose to take time to work on it,
It won't change.
It's like exercising a muscle.
You're not going to get those abs if you don't do it every day.
It takes conscious effort.
It takes dedication to yourself to want to better your vibration,
To work on your power of attraction through amping up that energy,
That you can make better conscious choices,
Increase your vibration,
Attract your dreams and desires to you,
And you won't have to do anything at all.
Things will be handed to you on a silver platter when you've aligned with your vibration and aligned with joy and visualizing daydream and see yourself in that moment.
Just exercising a muscle,
It's just like it'll just snap back into place.
And as it is stated in the Zero to Oneness Workbook,

Manifest your intentions,
It is discipline of thought you seek.
Feelings are powerful.
Use them to your advantage.
Feel,
Feel,
Feel,
And vibes of passion and success will wash over you.
So take a moment now to take a big deep breath and spend about 10 minutes just visualizing and imagining your future life.
