Welcome to today's meditation,
Retracting Love.
Take a moment to get comfortable and find your seat.
Sink deep down into where you're sitting and get comfortable.
And then just relax and close your eyes.
And just take a big deep breath.
And just imagine a golden light coming through the top of your head.
Down the center of your body.
Just washing away any tension or stress.
Just allowing your muscles to soften where they feel tight.
Let that golden light continue down into your legs and all the way down out through your feet.
Another big deep inhale.
Just let that golden light trickle down the front of your face and your chest and your low belly.
And then down the front of your legs,
Going all the way down to your toes.
Let that golden stream of light continue past your toes,
All the way down into the center of the earth.
Going deep,
Deep down.
All the way down to the molten lava in the center of the earth,
The pulsation and heartbeat of Mother Earth.
Take another big deep inhale.
Let that golden light come down the back of your head.
Continuing all the way down your spine.
Down to your tailbone.
And then continue allowing that to go all the way down the backs of your legs and down out through your feet.
Now just imagine that you're standing on a balcony overlooking the ocean.
And just feel the warm breeze blowing over your skin from the ocean.
You can hear the birds squawking and just looking out over this clear blue ocean that extends into infinity.
And just notice the warmth of the breeze on your skin,
Feeling really peaceful and content in this moment.
The most beautiful beach you've ever seen.
You notice other people in the distance playing on the beach,
You see sailboats and people splashing in the water.
And you start to sense someone behind you and you feel your beloved coming up behind you as they wrap their arms around your waist.
And they place their head on your shoulder,
Giving you a tight squeeze.
You feel really cared for and content and supported in this moment.
And then you turn to look at your beloved and you exchange a warm gaze.
And you look deep into their eyes and you see their love for you.
Their joy in being with you.
And their excitement to spend their life with you.
And just how much they really care for you.
And you stare back at them with gratitude and love.
Just feeling so peaceful and loved in this moment.
And you take one hand and you put it on your heart.
And you take your other hand and put it on their heart.
And you feel and sense their personality,
Their joy,
Their sense of humor.
Their excitement to be with you.
The chemistry between the two of you.
And how much you love being together.
They're your best friend.
And you have so much fun together.
It's not like any love you've ever experienced.
It's more than love.
It's friendship,
Partnership,
Family.
And they're the most beautiful,
Loving being you've ever met.
And they're all there for you.
And they get you.
And they understand you.
You have so many things in common.
So many similar interests and hobbies that you share together.
And you're respectful towards each other.
You listen to each other and communicate well.
And they always make you laugh.
They're everything you ever wanted in a partner and more.
You're constantly surprised at the wonderful things that you learn about your partner and that you experience with your partner.
Just so much joy and happiness.
Now you two turn towards the ocean,
Arm in arm.
With big smiles on your faces.
And in your hearts.
Just feel the beautiful breeze blowing across both of you and your hair in the wind.
And just feel into this really soft,
Warm moment of bliss.
And just smile big.
Feel this warm inner smile radiating out from your body.
Take a moment to continue into this vision.
And continue it just as you would like it to be.
