Take a moment to find your center and take a big deep breath.

Allow yourself to get comfortable wherever you're sitting or lying down.

Just sink deeper into where you are seated.

Just letting all the weight and all the holding of your body completely relax.

And become heavy.

Just take a big deep inhale and exhale as you release any tension remaining in your body.

Just take two more big deep breaths and big long exhale.

Inhaling again.

And exhale.

And try to exhale out all the air that you possibly can from your lungs until you can't exhale any longer.

And just take a moment and be present with your physical body and just notice any tension that you're still holding in your body.

Just bring your awareness to it.

Don't have any thoughts about it,

Any judgment,

Any stories about where that's coming from.

Just simply notice it.

Pay attention to how it feels.

Whether it's a physical sensation or an emotional one.

Just keep scanning your body from head to toe,

Just noticing these parts of your body that are drawing your attention to them.

What is it that needs your undivided attention right now?

What is causing you to slow down and listen to your body?

Don't have any thoughts about it.

Just let it unfold in front of you and just don't judge what comes up.

Just continue to move throughout the body,

Just witnessing all those areas.

Not really too concerned about what's happening there,

Just simply noticing.

So after scanning your body,

Just tune into one particular spot that's really drawing your attention to it.

Just take a moment to listen.

Feel into the physical sensations and feel into the emotions that are there in the very center of that part of your body that's causing you to pay attention to it.

Just smile at it gently and just try to tune into how it's feeling.

Have compassion for the feelings that come up.

Emotion is underneath all of that at the very core,

At the very seed of this portion of your body that's calling your attention.

And then just ask yourself,

Ask that part of your body if you could describe it in one word,

One feeling word,

Such as love,

Fear,

Anger,

Joy,

Peace,

Unworthiness,

Whatever comes up.

Use an emotional feeling word to tune into what's going on there.

And just sense and feel into that.

When you get a sense of feeling of that emotion,

Just breathe with it,

Just be accepting of that emotion.

And then say out loud,

I feel blank.

And then just have a moment with this part of your body and dig even deeper into where is this feeling coming from in this moment in time.

And the closer you get to that,

Go even deeper and ask,

Where's this singular feeling and emotion come from in my entire life?

When was the first time I really remember feeling this way?

What caused me to carry this emotion in my body that's drawing my attention to me?

It seems to be repeating itself in my life.

Just go deeper into that portion of your life.

And then go and collect all of those emotions as well.

See them as little bubbles of emotions that you're remembering and recognizing as still kind of floating around in your personality and your being in your body.

Just bringing them close to you.

Just feel into all of those and the times from before.

Just bring them into your embrace.

Treat them as if they are small children that are needing attention,

That need nurturance,

That need love and compassion,

Understanding and need to be heard.

So speak for them now and say,

I feel blank.

Whatever it is that comes up for you,

Just let their voices be heard.

And again,

Just keep holding them close to you.

Offering them your compassion and understanding and warmth.

And then just allow these emotions to rise up into these little bubbles,

These little energy spheres around you.

And just keep shining your compassion and love upon them as you watch them dissolve into the ethers.

The more love you keep shining upon them,

The brighter the field around you becomes,

The more they dissolve into the light.

And if your mind wants to continue to connect with the stories related to those times,

Just take a moment and realize that this is not who you are anymore.

Your past does not define who you are.

It can shape you,

But you get to decide who you are.

You get to decide who you're becoming.

So just allow yourself to cut the cords and the strings attached to these old stories that no longer serve you.

You are not that person anymore.

This is not your life anymore.

And if it is,

Now is the time for you to make that choice.

And step forward into the new you.

So again,

Just allow and envision those bubbles of emotions being dissolved by the warmth of the light and any cords or attachments or stories.

Just let those fade away like passing clouds,

Like an old movie just flashing on the screen past you and gently dissolving away.

So now,

Move into your body in a new way.

And bring that warmth and that light into your physical body where those energies may have been stuck,

Or those emotions and physical sensations are drawing your attention.

Just bring that warmth and light into those dim places,

Into those places that are drawing your attention.

Just like a river overflows and pushes away any blockages or dams in the way.

Just let that warm golden light flood through your body and fill in all those cracks and crevices.

All those spaces that are wanting attention just bring the full light of your awareness into those spaces.

Flooding your body from head to toe,

Corner to corner with light.

And anywhere you can't imagine or sense bringing light there,

Just simply bring your awareness to it.

Even if it's the smallest speck or spark of light,

Just watch that spark of light grow and fill up those tense and tight spaces.

Just keep scanning your body,

Noticing if there's any tension left anywhere.

Keep filling those spaces with your awareness and the light of your being.

Just breathe that in deeply,

Connecting with this ocean of golden warm light around you.

Washing your skin and flushing and cleansing through every part of your body.

Just feeling this effortless flow of nourishing warm light energy through all parts of your body.

And just receive this warmth and compassion and attention for all the parts of you that need it.

Tune into your greater body intelligence.

Tune into your brain.

And allow yourself to receive the information that you need to heal and balance your body.

Allow your brain to send exactly the information your body needs.

And feel free to continue this process to other parts of your body that may need it.

And just rest for a few moments and allow this to sink in and anchor in to your body.

So gently bring your awareness back.

To this body,

To this time.

Just take a big deep inhalation.

You can wiggle your fingers or toes.

And just take notice of the changes that have occurred and how different you feel in your body.

And whenever you feel ready,

You can open your eyes with new awareness and with a new body.

Many blessings to you.

May you have a life filled with oneness today.
