Okay,

So let's just get rid of any jitters that we might have.

So we'll shake out the hands and the wrists,

Roll the shoulders up and down the spine,

And take three open mouth exhales here,

Breathing deeply through the nose,

And exhaling with an audible sigh.

Beautiful.

Next,

Inhale deeply through the nostrils and exhaling through the mouth.

Last breath here,

The deepest one we've taken today,

Really filling up those lungs,

And open mouth exhale.

Sealing the lips,

Allowing your gaze to flutter closed.

Begin to tune into this current moment wherever you are,

Whatever your reality is.

Just start by dropping in as the observer of your own body,

Your own mind,

Your spirits.

And notice how our breath turns into oceanic waves coming in through the nostrils,

Filling up the lungs,

Nourishing us from the inside out,

And exhaling through the nostrils.

Wherever you are,

If you are seated at home,

At work,

In a park,

In a library,

Just begin by scanning your surroundings.

Are there any noises that you hear?

Any sensations?

A cool breeze?

Maybe warmth or the sun's rays?

And starting to notice maybe how you feel inwards.

Any emotions that arise?

Any opinions or thoughts?

Perhaps your mind is racing from the day before or from this morning.

Simply using your breath to let it all go,

Truly allowing your thoughts to dissipate as we ground and connect further to this current moment.

Seeing these sensations,

These sounds,

The smells around us just as pure information,

Neither good nor bad,

Not attaching any judgments,

Simply surrendering to all that is existence and letting go of any of our expectations.

Breathing deeply,

Allowing the breath to cascade into our belly,

Our ribs,

Our chest,

And back out,

Chest,

Ribs,

Belly.

Breathing on this oceanic pattern,

Allowing our breath to nourish us,

To create space,

To cleanse with a forceful exhale.

Feeling an overwhelming sense of relaxation beginning from the crown of our head,

All melting downwards,

Unfurling our eyebrows,

Unlocking our jaws,

Feeling our shoulders roll down the spine,

Feeling ever more relaxed in the palms of our hands,

Into our belly,

Our legs,

And all the way down to our feet,

Feeling one line of energy from the crown of our head down into the earth on which we sit.

Feeling ever more connected to the divinity of life,

Feeling at peace with ourselves exactly as we are.

On the next inhale,

Beginning to envision and visualize your highest self,

Whatever form,

Whatever being your highest self takes,

Simply noticing,

Acknowledging this life form as if you're looking in a mirror.

In your mind's eye,

Begin to take note of its features,

Maybe the clothing it wears,

The expression on its face,

Or if it is an animal,

Creature,

A tree,

What color does it take,

What feelings,

What emotions does it exude.

Is your highest self,

Is it calm,

Empowered,

Still,

Truly beginning to align with your highest purpose,

Who you are deep down,

Who you want to become,

Looking at yourself in the eyes,

In your mirror,

And simply acknowledging that this highest form already exists inside of you.

And being open to words of affirmation and of gratitude,

On your next inhale,

Repeating in your mind's eye,

Thank you for always being there for me.

Thank you for looking after me.

I accept you.

I love you just as you are.

I am here for you.

I am your biggest supporter.

I believe in you.

Taking this moment to surrender to any emotions that arise,

Acknowledging your highest self,

Thanking yourself for showing up today and remaining in a space of gratitude and love.

Taking one collective inhale deeply through the nose and one cleansing sigh,

Exhaling your breath,

Bringing our hands together,

Our heart center,

Bowing our heads in gratitude.

Namaste.
