So without further ado,
Go ahead and get into a comfortable position.
Get rid of any jitters that you might have,
Any residual kinks in your body,
Shaking out the wrists,
Maybe rolling the shoulders up and down the spine.
Just really getting comfortable somewhere you can sit for about 10 minutes.
We're gonna start with three open mouth sighs.
So inhaling deeply through the mouth,
Through the nose and exhaling with an audible sigh.
Again inhaling and filling up those lungs,
Exhaling letting it all go.
Last breath here,
Inhaling deeply through the nostrils and exhaling audible sigh.
Beautiful.
Now sealing the lips,
Start to tune into this current moment,
Whatever your reality may be.
Start to drop in as the observer of your own existence.
You can keep the eyes closed.
Using your right hand,
Place the tip of the index and second finger on the space between your eyebrows momentarily,
Applying a fair bit of pressure and then allowing your hand to drop down to your lap.
Inhaling deeply through the nose and following the breath out through the nose.
Starting to scan to see if there are any constrictions in the body,
Any tension,
Any relaxation or perhaps there is a sensation of heaviness,
Of lightness,
Whatever it may be.
Just taking note of its presence.
Other sounds that you hear,
Maybe you're in a crowded restaurant or at home in complete silence.
Is there a breeze,
Maybe the sun's rays on your skin?
Whatever it is that comprises your reality,
Just taking notes.
And with your next exhale,
Letting go of any expectations that you might have for this meditation.
Any expectations you have on yourself,
On today,
On this week.
Allow your exhales to carry it out of your body.
And start to notice a relaxing,
Melting sensation starting from your toes,
Moving up to your ankles,
Your calves and your knees,
Your thighs.
Each inhale bringing more and more lightness into your physical body,
Into your lower back,
Your belly,
Your chest,
Heart space,
Your throat.
Feeling the breath follow and using your exhales to let it all go.
Continuing on this relaxing feeling up into your neck and your spine,
The space between your eyebrows,
Into the top of your head,
Out into the universe infinitely.
Noticing how we feel in this moment of immense relaxation and presence and focus.
Allowing ourselves to hold space and in our mind's eye asking ourselves these questions.
What do I want?
How do I want to feel?
And allowing ourselves to answer in our own time,
To get clear on what it is you want.
Allowing our inhales to bring forth these messages and allowing our exhales to create space.
Feeling the breath cascading through our belly,
Our ribs,
Our chest,
And back out through the chest,
The ribs,
And the belly.
Acknowledging our true power over our destinies.
Giving ourselves this time to get clear on our goals and our dreams.
Staying open and receptive,
Surrendering to the way that life unfolds perfectly.
The inhale brings the breath in through the nostrils,
Nourishing all of our organs,
And the exhale releases it all.
Again,
The inhale nourishing us,
And the exhale creating space.
Probing within ourselves,
Seeing how we set intentions to really get clear on how we want to live our lives.
Allowing true creativity and conscious consumption to come forth.
Knowing that we are pure potential,
We are infinite possibility,
And we are capable of living life without boundaries.
Scanning our bodies,
Taking note of how this lightness feels within us.
What are we still holding on to?
What's still holding us back?
Allow a visual or an image of this thought,
This idea to come forth in front of you,
And use the forceful exhale to allow it to dissipate.
Breathing deeply here,
Knowing that this practice is always available to us whenever we feel any blockages,
Any hindrance to our own creativity.
Allowing the magic to play its part.
Taking one collective inhale through the nose here,
And exhaling with another audible sigh.
Bringing our hands together at heart center,
Bowing our heads in reverence and gratitude.
Namaste.
