This is a safe place beach visualisation meditation. It’s suitable for times of stress, to calm nervous system, to bring awareness and attunemenf to body and mind. You’ll be gently guided through a relaxed scenery of a calm, peaceful beach that will help you to unwind.

Hi beautiful souls,

I'm going to take you through a beach meditation.

So make yourself comfortable,

Either cross-legged sitting down or sitting on a chair,

Your feet firmly on the ground.

Take a deep breath in and exhale fully.

And again take a deep breath in and exhale.

One more breath here,

Breathing in and breathing out.

Relax your feet,

Relax your knees,

Your thighs are soft and relaxed.

Your hips are at ease and relaxed.

Your lower back and your middle back and your upper back is relaxed.

Your right arm is heavy and relaxed.

Your left arm is heavy and relaxed.

All your fingertips are relaxed.

Your shoulders are dropped away from your ears and relaxed.

The back of your neck is relaxed and at ease.

Your whole head is relaxed.

Your forehead is relaxed.

Your facial muscles are relaxed.

Your whole body feels like a feather at ease and light.

In your mind's eye come with me to the beach.

It's a beautiful sunny warm day.

You are alone on the beach.

The whole beach belongs to you.

It's a private beach.

You are walking down the beach bare feet.

Your feet are in the water.

And the water just splashing against your feet.

It feels warm and soothing.

You are totally calm and relaxed.

It's a perfect day.

The sky is blue.

There is not even a speck of a cloud.

And the sun is bright.

And you see the soft waves just crashing against the beach.

And the sound of the sea is very soothing.

It calms your nervous system down.

It makes you feel more and more at ease.

This is your time.

This is your place of safety.

You are happy here.

You feel like everything is connected.

You feel like part of the universe because you are.

You realize this sense of bliss.

This is exactly where you want to be.

This moment is divine and special.

You feel at ease with yourself.

There is no way you need to be.

You are in the right place doing the right thing.

Your mind is at ease.

Your body is at ease.

All is unfolding in the right order.

And you know that you can always return to this wonderful safe place whenever you feel overwhelmed.

Because this place is yours.

You are home in this place.

Home with yourself.

You stop for a moment to admire all that is around you.

You decide to sit down on the soft silky sand.

You touch the sand in your hands.

And you feel the silkiness and velvety feeling that is comforting and soothing.

You sit here quietly looking out into the horizon.

A total peace.

There is no one and nothing here to disturb you.

Because you are safe here.

This is your place,

Your time.

Giving yourself permission to be exactly where you are.

And connecting to all.

And remember beautiful soul,

You can always return to this place of safety.

You are loved.

And you are not alone.

Bring your awareness back to your body,

To your senses.

I will be counting down from 5 to 1.

At the count of 1,

Open your eyes.

5 4 3 2 1 Namaste.
