Good morning.

This is a morning meditation.

If you hear the drops of rain,

Because it's raining right now outside and I'm recording this in the woods in the nature,

I'm inviting you to take a deep breath in for the count of four,

Hold the breath for the count of two and breathe out for the count of six.

Let's do that together.

Breathing in one,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Hold for two,

One,

Two,

Exhale for six,

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six.

One more breath like this.

Breathing in for four,

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Hold for two,

One,

Two,

And breathe out for six,

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six.

And allow the breath to return back to normal.

Let's set the intention today.

The intention is to sit in peace and quiet and stillness and just to bring awareness to whatever comes to your mind.

It's okay.

Allow it to come and allow it to go.

You are an observer.

You're not suppressing anything and you're not pushing anything away.

So the intention is to be present,

To be in the here and now.

All is well.

All things will work out for your best.

Just tune in within the stillness.

Within your breath,

Within your body,

Within your mind.

And let's use some affirmations for today.

Number one affirmation,

All is well within my world.

Quietly repeat that in your mind two more times.

Affirmation two,

Things will work out for my highest good.

Quietly repeat that two more times.

Affirmation three,

I'm safe.

I'm breathing.

Repeat that two more times.

Affirmation four,

Whatever will come my way today,

I will stay present in the here and now by connecting back to my breath.

Repeat that two more times.

Affirmation five,

Whatever comes my way out of that situation,

Only good will come.

Repeat that two more times.

And finally,

Throughout the day,

I will remind myself to connect back to my breath.

My breath is my anchor.

My breath is my anchor to the here and now,

To be present.

We are going to close this meditation.

I'm wishing you a beautiful day.

And today,

Just remind yourself to connect to your breath throughout the day.

Namaste.
