Hello there.
Welcome to this meditation.
This meditation is a visualization focusing on the best sense of self.
I invite you to start with the breath.
Sit in a comfortable position,
Either cross-legged or feet on the floor.
Relax your shoulders,
Drop them down.
Keep your back straight.
And let's take a deep breath in.
And let's exhale out through the mouth.
And again,
Take a breath in and exhale out through the mouth.
Breathe in again and out.
Two more breaths like this,
Breathing in and out.
One more breath,
Breathing in and out.
I'm recording this in the woods.
You might hear the sounds of nature,
Except as a part of the process of meditation.
The purpose of meditation is to allow and to be an observer.
Just like the clouds in the sky,
You allow the thoughts to come and go.
You do not resist.
Resistance creates frustration.
All is part of the process.
Allow.
I'd like you to go inward.
I invite you to bring back memory of a moment when you felt the strongest and at your best.
I'd like you to connect with qualities of the self you experienced then.
It could be anything,
Patience,
Determination,
Strength,
Perseverance,
Confidence,
Any of those qualities or others.
And I'd like you to step in to that moment how you felt and connect with those qualities,
The best self or the strongest self.
Let's embody those qualities.
Really feel and imagine you're there,
Back into that memory and how you felt then.
And bring it forward to now.
Right this moment.
Stay with those qualities.
Feel them.
I'm going to give you a moment to visualize that moment and step into that moment and feel how you felt then.
That best version of self exists and you know it.
How does it feel to step into those qualities right in this moment?
Be that.
The best sense of self when you're at your strongest.
Feel it stay with it.
And on a daily basis step in to that sense of self,
The strong sense of self,
The best sense of self.
And if you do this on a daily basis you will notice a difference.
The research shows it only takes 50 hours to become the strong sense of and best sense of self.
And you know it's achievable.
Your life will start to change.
Stay with that moment.
Stay with that best sense of self,
Strongest sense of self.
Connect with those feelings that you felt then.
Bring them into the now moment.
Science shows that within six to two years of practice in this you will be remapping the best sense of self,
How you see yourself.
And you will see amazing results.
Consistency is important.
Listen to this day.
Who are you when you are at your best and strongest self?
Stay with it.
Carry that feeling throughout the day.
You are that.
And we are going to count down from five to one.
And at the count of one open your eyes and come back into your senses.
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Open your eyes.
Look around you.
Be aware.
Carry that feeling of best sense of self.
And when you are at your strongest throughout the day.
