This meditation is about accepting what is. Accepting the discomfort and unease, creating spaciousness with the breath. Loving what is, accepting what is. Giving yourself permission to feel, to let your emotions be. When you stop the struggle life will unfold in exact way it should. This practice also includes compassion towards yourself.
