This meditation is about accepting what is. Accepting the discomfort and unease, creating spaciousness with the breath. Loving what is, accepting what is. Giving yourself permission to feel, to let your emotions be. When you stop the struggle life will unfold in exact way it should. This practice also includes compassion towards yourself. You are loved, you are not alone. Namaste.

This is a five-minute meditation where we're going to ground and just allow things to be as they are.

Tuning into the moment.

Find a comfortable position either sitting cross-legged or on a chair.

Ground yourself.

Take a deep breath in with me and exhale and again breathing in and breathe out and another breath in and breathe out.

Create a space for yourself where you can just be.

Allow your body and mind to come into union.

Bring your awareness to your whole body.

If you notice any sensations in any part of the body send love to any discomfort or unease in the body.

Embrace it in compassion.

Where is this discomfort?

Can you give it a shape?

What color would it be?

Can you give it a different color?

A lighter,

More happier color?

And see how you feel.

As you breathe in create a spaciousness around this discomfort or unease and let the spaciousness increase with every breath you're taking.

It's only when we internally fight and conflict with the pain or discomfort or unease we create stress for ourselves.

Accept that pain,

Accept that discomfort.

Don't fight it.

Allow it to be.

Breathe into that area and breathe out.

Exhale,

Inhale deeply and feel that area that spaciousness around that discomfort increase and with this spaciousness there is more light,

There is more ease.

And exhale deeply.

Send love and compassion to this area.

Keeping it in your mind this area of discomfort.

In your mind's eyes say I love you.

I accept you.

I love you.

All is well.

All is well.

I accept this moment as it is.

Bring your awareness into your whole body.

Your body is enveloped in the field of love and compassion.

Surrounded with love and compassion.

You're not alone.

You're loved.

I'm gonna count down from five to one.

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Gently open your eyes.

I thank you for your practice with me.

Namaste.

Perfect way for me to love what is. The changing colors practice, changed my experience dramatically. The embracing of the pain and the clarity that all is well was transformational.
