Welcome everyone.
This is a journey into breath,
Your breath,
Your rhythm in this world.
So find a comfortable quiet place that is just for you and take your time settling into your place and take up the space you desire for this time together.
Feel your shoulders drop,
Your spine lift,
And let the breath be however it wants to be.
And whenever you're ready,
Closing your eyes and going within.
As you journey inward,
There's nothing to change or alter right now.
There is nothing to fix here.
Simply notice the rise and fall of your breathing.
Notice where the air is moving to and notice if those places inside of you have a reaction to you observing them.
As the chest expands,
Does it like having you there with it?
As the ribs make space for this breath,
Does it like to make a little more space?
And notice how the skin knows exactly how to move with you,
How to move in your rhythm.
And let every breath now take you a little bit deeper inside of yourself,
Letting the rest of the world fade away for a little while so you can be here with you.
Let this time be your time to nourish and take care of you.
And check in on the breathing once again,
Feeling the breath move around and around.
And see if there's anywhere in the body that could use this breath.
Maybe your head has been feeling heavy and needs a little breath there.
For lightness.
Maybe the shoulders have had things weighing on them.
Let a breath move there.
Release any of that weight.
You don't have to carry all of this.
And see if that breath wants to move down,
Down body now,
All the way through the legs and even out the bottom of the feet.
Feeling the energy leave bottom of the feet and swirl all around you now.
What is it like to breathe with the space all around you?
Now take a moment with the skin.
How is it to breathe in rhythm and soothing your skin and then come back to the heart.
Breathe with your heart now.
Feeling the air moving in,
Moving out.
I'm here with my heart.
I feel the air move in,
Move out.
I can be here with my heart.
And if there are any feelings,
Any emotions here,
Let them be.
Let them be acknowledged.
I'm breathing in,
Breathing out.
I'm here with my feelings.
And notice if anything has shifted in your heart while being with it.
Is there more space here for you?
For you to be in your own beautiful essence?
Is there a tenderness here?
Peace.
Breathe that in.
And then final practice.
See if you can breathe as the whole body,
Head to toe,
Every cell breathing with you,
Absorbing all the beauty that you have been cultivating in this practice.
Wonderful.
