Welcome to this envisioning your future life practice.
And today we're going to go on a beautiful journey where we ground our dreams and our goals for our life,
Deep into our subconscious mind.
And in order to do this work efficiently,
We're going to have to settle and relax and find a deep,
Joyful calmness inside we cannot plant our dreams through stress,
Because the seed when planted carries the frequency of the environment at which it was planted.
That environment is your mood,
Your emotional state,
Your inner thoughts and external words.
So really consider that,
Consider the state you're in when you're daydreaming or when you're thinking about your future.
Are you thinking about it with a smile on your heart or a knot in your stomach?
So start by taking a few deep,
Long breaths in through the nose and a long,
Slow release out of the mouth,
Ending with a sigh.
You can do this practice sitting up or lying down.
Whatever is easier for you to stay present and be inside the body for this.
If you'd like to place a hand on your heart or belly or somewhere else so you can focus on staying here,
Please do so.
The body is very much part of this process,
This reaching forward.
It's going to be wherever you go.
So treat it really well and it will nourish you back.
So just sit with yourself for a moment,
Letting the body calm down,
Letting everything slow down a little bit.
And I want you to imagine a little box or a vault,
Something you can put all of your thoughts in,
The racing thoughts that go around and around,
Critic,
The judger,
The worrier,
Place all of this inside the box with a big,
Deep breath.
And then seal the box closed and move it to the side.
Just give yourself a little break for this so you can just enjoy being with your own self.
And I want you to just focus on your breath,
Feeling the air moving in and out.
Letting everything settle.
And now I want you to focus on absolutely nothing.
Just be a complete blank canvas.
There's nothing you have to figure out right now.
Nowhere you have to be.
Just experience pure existence for a breath.
I want your mind to show you something that you've been working on.
That's very dear to your heart or something that you've been contemplating,
Working on a dream or a goal project,
Or even just an attribute that you've been cultivating,
Like honesty or empathy.
And without thinking about it,
Don't try,
Let your heart and mind presented to you.
I'm not the very first thing come up here and it may surprise you.
You may have been working on something entirely different.
It's okay.
Work with the first goal and dream that means something to you.
Come into your mind.
Just notice it.
And I want you to pull on the string of whatever it is when you start working on it,
What does it look like?
What does your day to day world actually look like working on this dream of yours?
What are some of the small steps that you will do along this journey and really see yourself doing them?
Don't worry about if it's true or some version of it,
Let your mind wander.
It can even include people or events that you haven't met yet or don't know about yet.
Let your imagination run free and see if you can add some joy into these scenes.
Even if there are logistical steps or things that don't look right.
As fun,
You can make anything fun.
Doesn't have to be so serious.
Shine some light into this process and then pull on the string some more.
And after you do those beginning or middle steps,
What happens after that?
Really see yourself there.
That's you doing it,
Doing it and sticking to it every step of the way.
And when you put your time,
Effort and heartfelt love into something and you're there,
You have it,
You did it,
The project is released,
You changed your eating habits,
It's become routine,
You don't even think about it.
The new job arrives,
The new career unfolds,
Movement becomes easier,
Your body feels lighter,
Freer,
Your mind is clear,
Your muscles are strong,
Whatever it is,
What does that give you to life and feel every emotion that comes with it?
Let the joy and excitement vibrate through every cell in the body.
Right now,
Imagine it's in your hands,
It's in your reality.
Because what you are doing right now is creating this reality.
Your mind is so much more powerful than you could possibly imagine.
So see it and feel it now.
When you have this dream,
This goal,
When it is alive inside of you,
What's the very first emotion you feel from having it?
And ask yourself,
What is the color of this emotion?
And does it have a texture?
And whatever came to mind first,
Breathe that color,
Texture,
Emotion from the crown of your head all the way down through the body to the tips of your fingers,
Bursting out of your heart into the abdomen,
The hips,
Down the legs to every single toe.
Bring your body on this timeline now,
And breathe with it,
Letting it get stronger with every single breath.
And when you have this essence and this dream come to life,
What changes in your world?
What kind of life do you live?
Don't think about it,
Just let your inner vision run freely.
What kind of food do you eat in this timeline?
What kind of people are around you?
What new opportunities are coming your way?
How do you treat yourself and others here?
And what new doors open from having this?
Let your mind wander just a little bit longer,
Peeking through this timeline that already exists right now.
How amazing is that you just created it?
In this moment,
You are energetically matching to this vision.
It's yours.
Now I want you to pick the very best part of it,
The most beautiful scene of anything you saw or felt.
Pick the part that sparked the most joy in your heart,
And be there now experiencing it again.
And now I want you to just place this scene into a seed that you plant deep into your mind and deep into your heart.
You can envision a visual for this,
Or just imagine this scene moving further inside of you.
However it is,
Is perfect.
Place your hand on your heart,
Knowing that what you just did is incredible work,
And this life is yours to live,
And yours to create.
And you're doing that today.
Today.
You're the one changing the course of your future.
Be very proud of that.
Water this seed with love,
With care,
With joy,
Knowing it will bloom when she is ready.
You don't have to bother it.
You don't have to worry about it.
You planted the seed.
Now leave it deep in the dark,
Beautiful,
Nutrient-rich soil of your mind.
And know that it is done.
It is done.
And as you move about your life,
Make decisions,
Walk,
Talk,
Think in a way as if what you just saw is 100% going to happen.
The roads of how it gets there might be different.
Be open to the universe sending you new suggestions.
It has a much greater plan than we could come up with.
That is the surrender part of just letting it be.
And when you interact in the world,
Interact in a way that this timeline exists.
Take a couple of deep breaths here with it.
Letting the vibrations continue to run through the body.
If you feel them,
Any tingling or any emotions,
Just enjoy them.
Couple moments longer,
Otherwise just rest in peace,
Letting it all settle.

Come back into the room,
