Welcome to this Ho'oponopono practice.
You can do this sitting up,
Lying down,
Even as a walking practice,
Whatever feels right for you.
And just settle inside of yourself,
Inside the body.
Take some nice long deep breaths and begin to disconnect from everything that happened today.
Or everything that you are planning to happen today.
Disengage from all the conversations recently.
Disconnect from all the news,
Any of the work,
Any projects and just be here.
Arrive.
Place your awareness deep down in the heart.
And take a few fully present breaths.
Feeling the air moving in and moving out.
And just practicing single pointed awareness.
Beautiful.
And now bring up a situation,
A person in your life.
A trigger.
Something that has come up recently or something you think about often.
And in this practice,
We're going to do a little bit of feeling,
But you don't have to,
It is not necessary in this practice.
I will let you gauge how much you want to dive into the sensations and feelings.
And how much you want it to be purely energetic.
Find somewhere on the spectrum that feels right for you today.
But just know that you can just repeat the words.
And it will do incredible amounts of work.
This practice and the process of going through the phrases is called cleaning or erasing.
So take another deep breath,
Bringing the amount of sensations and feelings up.
As you explore this trigger or this relationship with this particular person.
And just begin cleaning.
