Welcome everyone.

My name is Leo from Restorative Hypnosis and this meditation today is all about coming back home to you.

So whenever you're ready,

Take a nice deep breath in through the nose,

Exhaling out of the mouth,

Closing your eyes,

And let's begin.

Start by just scanning the environment you're in.

Open all of your senses being here right now.

Let the light flicker into your eyes a little bit.

Notice the temperature on your skin.

Feel all the sensations all over your skin.

And let these feelings,

These sensations anchor you into the body,

Into this moment right now.

And then begin going inch by inch back into the body.

Take another deep breath.

Get a good sigh,

A nice exhale.

Release all that weight you've been holding onto.

All that responsibility on your shoulder.

The weight on your back.

This time right now is all about you.

So really,

Take it and come back from wherever your mind has been.

It's okay that you've been gone.

It's okay you may have drifted off.

You may have ran away.

You may have been hiding under the covers,

Hoping nobody comes to find you.

The day is the day.

You poke your head out from underneath those covers.

You stop running.

Stop overdoing.

Overscheduling.

Overbusying everything in your life.

Making it so much harder than it really needs to be.

And all you need to do right now is just come back home.

And following your breath in and watching it all exhale away.

That is your only job for this practice today.

If you need to breathe in any specific way,

Do that.

If you need to sit or lie down,

Beautiful,

Listen to your body.

It knows exactly what you need today.

You took this meditation today,

This time,

And this time only to just get out of your own way a little bit.

What could that open up for you?

What could blossom from out of this silence?

And just sit in that for a moment.

Allow yourself to soak into your skin,

Back into your bones and your muscles.

Don't worry about anything else going on for a little while.

Plenty of that will still be there after this.

Just come back.

Following your breath moving in and moving out.

I know things have been wild lately.

I know they've been tough.

But if you don't take care of yourself,

You're not going to be able to help anyone else.

If you're tired being dragged along,

It's not worth it.

You're not really there.

So take this practice today,

The entire duration,

To let everything just slow down for a little while.

Give yourself a much needed pause.

You are doing so much more than you even realize.

Nourish yourself for that.

Refill yourself.

It's all going to happen when the timing is perfect.

The wheels are already turning.

It's all going to be okay.

But you gotta take care of you.

Don't leave your own body in the dust.

I want you to just scan through the body now,

Releasing stress as we move down through the system.

Relaxing the crown of your head.

The forehead releasing any tension.

The temples,

The jaw,

And the cheeks.

The lips and the tongue relaxing now.

Give your vocal cords a good break.

Let your neck and shoulders lift away from the ears.

Let your spine lengthen and create space.

The space that you deserve.

Let your arms just be like a rag doll,

Fully relaxed.

Feel any responsibility,

Any burdens on your chest today.

If it feels right,

Allow yourself to lift a little bit of those burdens in this moment right now.

Exhale it all away.

Any knots in your stomach.

Any tension in your digestive tract.

Release that now.

Add even more comfort in your belly.

Feel your hips softening now.

All of your organs getting a little rest.

Allow your thighs and your knees,

Your calves to relax.

Your ankles and have a moment of appreciation for everything your feet and your toes do.

Relieving you,

Grounding you,

Making sure that you get to everywhere that you need to go in a day.

And just come back to you,

If you've lifted off anywhere during this process,

That's okay.

Just come back,

Like drawing a balloon down.

Just gently,

With love,

Call it back.

Take a moment to rest in the body.

Allow yourself to take up as much space here as you need.

Feel your air through the system.

Feel it moving down into the hands.

Let your energy be like a river running through your system,

Wildly,

Beautifully,

Freely.

And just come back to you.

You deserve this time for yourself.

You deserve to be nourished,

To be loved,

To be appreciated,

Seen and heard.

You are important.

You are special in this world.

And deep down inside,

You know that.

So as your body and mind get this sacred pause today,

Take a few final moments of appreciation,

Especially for the body.

This wonderful,

Beautiful,

Beautiful vehicle that houses your soul.

Like it's to care for the essence of you.

Feel with the respect and tenderness that this body deserves.

And come back into the body.

Come back home now.

As you have these final moments of gratitude,

Of love and joy,

Let this light move through your system head to toe,

Invigorating every muscle,

Every bone,

Every single cell.

Let this light you up from the inside out.

You have that power.

Remember that.

And as your practice comes so close today,

Just follow your breaths moving in and moving out.

Allow them to bring you fully back into present time.

If you left,

That's absolutely fine.

Coming fully back now,

Beginning to get lighter and lighter now with every single breath.

Appreciating yourself for taking the time to be here today.

Allow yourself to come back rejuvenated,

Recharged and grounded.

When you're ready,

You can take a big deep stretch,

A full breath,

Give your body a little shake.
