Having begun to practice yoga in 2005 with prenatal yoga. She began to offers yoga sessions after completing Majoring in Yin Yoga 200 hours and Majoring in Hatha Yoga 200 hours. She had participated to Richard Freeman Essence of Yoga and Hart Lazer 100 hours workshops. She also participated in Osho Family Constellation, Zen therapy with Svagito Liebermeister, Diamond Breath, Meditation with Devapath and Dwari and Universal Energy sessions.With yoga she encourages participants to explore their own breath, light and true love. Offering also behavioral, quality, leadership sessions on her professional life, also leads mindfulness meditation sessions, Lebriz shares the hapiness and unconditional therapeutic joy of yoga on her mat.
