Transcript

A three minute breathing space.

So start by just letting the weight of your body just settle down feeling your sit bones on the cushion or the chair and feel the stability in the base of your posture let the spine rise up in its natural curves,

Relax the shoulders and soften your face release the jaw and bring your attention down into your lower belly and just feeling the breath down in the lower belly,

The gentle rise and fall,

Inhale and exhale and then start to broaden your awareness out through the whole of the body as if the whole of your body could breathe feel a sense of expansiveness with your breath through the body and let your awareness broaden out to the room and the sounds inside the room and outside the room and when you're ready just bringing the practice to a close
