And welcome to this guided meditation for overcoming self-doubt.
During this meditation,
We'll have some visualization followed by moments of silence to ground yourself in the present moment.
Then we'll repeat some affirmations to help uplift the soul and calm the mind.
Find a comfortable seated position or lie down if that feels more relaxing to you.
Gently close your eyes and let's begin.
Take a deep breath in,
Filling your lungs with fresh revitalizing air.
And exhale,
Releasing any tension or doubt with your breath.
Let's do that again.
Inhale deeply,
Feeling your chest and abdomen expand.
And exhale,
Letting go of any negativity.
Now bring the awareness to the body.
Feel the points of contact,
The feet on the floor,
Your body on the chair or on the cushion.
Allow these points of contact to anchor you in this present moment.
As you continue to breathe,
Visualize a warm golden light surrounding you.
This light may represent your inner strength or your positivity.
With each breath,
Allow this light to expand,
Gradually filling your entire being.
Inhale and the light expands.
Exhale and release.
Again,
Inhale,
The light expands.
Exhale and release.
Another inhale to expand that bright light.
Exhale,
Release it all out.
Repeat this breath a few more times with your visualization.
And now bring the awareness to the heart center.
Visualize a tiny green ball there,
Like a bud of a flower.
Realize that this tiny green bud is filled with self-assurance,
Is filled with self-confidence.
With each breath in,
Now see this bud gently unfolding,
Growing into a beautiful flower of self-confidence.
Feel its petals opening,
Radiating warmth and assurance.
Inhale and the bud expands.
Exhale to release.
Another inhale to expand that green bud.
Exhale,
Release.
Another inhale to open that beautiful flower of self-confidence.
Exhale and release.
Repeat a few times,
Visualizing this flower opening and blossoming with the rhythm of your breath.
As thoughts of self-doubt may arise,
Acknowledge them without judgment.
Imagine placing each doubt onto a soft,
Fluffy cloud.
Watch as the cloud floats away,
Carrying your uncertainties with it.
Now you are left with a clear,
Calm mind.
Each time a thought of self-doubt comes,
Place it on the cloud and allow it to float away.
Continue your breath.
Breathe.
Bring the awareness back to the breath.
Inhale serenity and exhale self-doubt.
Visualize yourself surrounded by a bubble of positivity.
Breathe.
Bring all awareness back to your breath.
And now,
Let's repeat some affirmations.
If you choose,
Silently in your mind or loud,
Repeat after me.
I am worthy of success.
I believe in my abilities.
I trust the journey I'm on.
I am becoming the best version of myself.
I am worthy of success.
I believe in my abilities.
I trust the journey I'm on.
I am becoming the best version of myself.
Feel the truth in these words resonate within you.
Embrace the strength that they offer.
Continue your breath.
Breathe.
Continue to breathe with self-affirmation,
Absorbing the positivity around you,
This sense of confidence radiating within you.

Start to bring the awareness back into your physical space,
In your own time.
Whenever you feel ready,
You may gently flutter the eyes open.
Take this moment to return yourself to the present moment.
And remember,
You possess incredible strength and self-doubt does not define you.
