Welcome to this meditation for inner child healing.
This work is very powerful and deep and so I want to advise you that if you had
Big trauma in your childhood to be very gentle with yourself and if at any point
It feels overwhelming or unsafe to end the recording and come back to deep
Breaths and bringing yourself to the present moment.
Okay,
Beautiful.
So if you
Haven't already go ahead and find a comfortable position either sitting
Upright with a straight spine or lying down on your back if that feels more
Loving and supportive to you right now.
Allow your eyes to gently close and go ahead and place your hands palms facing
Down somewhere on the body and this can help you to feel grounded and supported.
Let's take three deep inhales and slow exhales together.
So empty any air out
And big slow breath in really filling the belly with air and slowly let it out.
Again long deep inhale imagining oxygen moving into every inch and cell of the
Body and let it out maybe with a sigh.
Last one deep breath in and exhale maybe letting something go.
Beautiful.
You can let your breath fall back into its natural rhythm and now starting at
The top of the head slowly move down the body releasing any tension you may
Be holding.
Anywhere you may be gripping or tightening.
So starting from the
Crown of the head and moving down the forehead allowing it to soften,
Feeling
The eyes rest,
The mind quiet,
Maybe unclenching the jaw,
Allowing the
Shoulders to drop down and back and continue on your own time making your
Way down to the feet.
Wonderful.
Take a minute to just feel the whole body
Relaxed allowing each inhale to bring you deeper into this present moment and
Every exhale and just relaxes the mind and the body even more.
Beautiful.
Now
Imagine your childhood home from the outside.
Now visualize yourself walking
Up to the front door,
Turning the handle and walking inside.
Now go find your
Childhood self.
Are they in the living room or bedroom?
Maybe they're playing
Outside.
Just go see where they are.
Once you find them notice how old they are and what they're doing.
Just observe
Them for a moment.
Now go up to them.
Maybe you get on the floor to sit with
Them and just ask them how they're doing or any other questions you have for them.
See if there's anything else they want to tell you or if they have any
Questions for you.
Beautiful.
Now imagine your current self giving your younger
Self a big hug and whatever they need in this moment to feel safe and loved.
Maybe
They just want to be held or maybe they want to be told that they're loved and
Everything will be okay.
Be with your younger self in this moment.
If there's
Emotion coming up it's all welcome.
Just breathe love into the feelings,
Into any
Sensations arising in the body.
Beautiful.
Give your younger self another big hug
And tell them you love them.
I invite you to bring a hand to your heart and speaking
To both your younger self and your current self,
Repeat after me.
I love you
No matter what.
I am always here for you.
You are enough exactly as you are.
You
Are worthy of love and happiness.
I am so grateful for you.

Thank you for everything you do for me.
Take a minute to really let those
Loving words sink into your mind,
Your body,
Your spirit.
All ages of yourself.
Beautiful.
Take a few deep cleansing breaths on your own time.
Breathing fresh
Healing air in and exhaling any old stuck energy.
A couple more like that.
Wonderful.
Start to gently come back to the present moment.
Maybe wiggling the
Fingers and toes,
Inviting movement slowly back into the body.
Then taking as much time as you'd like whenever you feel ready
And slowly and gently open your eyes.
